Meet Our Team

Laura is from Middletown, NY, and is one of the owners of SERVPRO Team Johnson. Having grown up in the business with her parents as the previous owners, SERVPRO has been a part of Laura’s life for as long as she can remember.

Laura oversees the day-to-day administrative and management teams for emergency services, leading with care, respect, and attention to detail. She treats every customer’s home as if it were her own and is committed to helping make difficult situations a little easier. Laura is always ready to help, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Outside of SERVPRO, Laura is also an entrepreneur and runs her own small business, Barks & Timber.

Brittany is from Middletown, NY, and is an owner of SERVPRO Team Johnson alongside her sister, Laura. Having been born and raised in the family business, SERVPRO has been a part of Brittany’s life for as long as she can remember.

As Marketing Manager, Brittany oversees the marketing department while also supporting administrative operations. Her outgoing personality and passion for connecting with others help spread awareness of SERVPRO’s services and commitment to helping the community. Brittany takes pride in treating everyone with care and respect and is always eager to support local businesses, organizations, and community events whenever she can.

Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Rita now calls Middletown, NY home and serves as an Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO Team Johnson. She supports the Accounting Department with a variety of responsibilities, including mailing invoices, handling phone calls, and stepping in wherever an extra hand is needed.

Around the office, Rita is also known as our beloved “SERVPRO Cookie Lady.” Every December, she makes more than 5,000 cookies to share with our amazing clients and customers—a tradition that brings a little extra sweetness to the holiday season!

Nick is the Operations Manager at SERVPRO Team Johnson. Originally from Rochester, NY, he has called Orange County, NY home for the past several years. Nick joined the SERVPRO team in March 2018, bringing previous contracting experience that has helped him become an important part of our operations team.

When asked what he loves most about his job, Nick says, “The best part about the job is going into somebody’s home on their worst day and having them be happy and smiling and hopeful when we leave — regardless of the type of job it is!”

Outside of work, Nick is a Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoys spending his free time golfing.

Bryanna is originally from the Bronx, NY, and later moved to Newburgh, NY. She is the Marketing Support Coordinator at SERVPRO Team Johnson, a role she began in May 2022 after graduating from the University at Albany with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing & Finance.

Bryanna manages and contributes to the company’s social media platforms and website, using her creativity to help raise awareness of SERVPRO’s services and connect with the communities the team serves. One of her favorite things about working at SERVPRO Team Johnson is the close-knit environment and the strong sense of teamwork among everyone.

Outside of work, Bryanna enjoys trying new restaurants, whether she’s exploring local spots or discovering new places to eat while traveling.

Born in Colombia and raised primarily in New York, Daniela joined SERVPRO Team Johnson in August 2022 and serves as our Fire Production Coordinator. With a strong background in customer service, she understands the importance of providing patience, compassion, and support to customers navigating fire damage and other difficult situations.

Daniela is also bilingual, allowing her to communicate with and assist our Spanish-speaking customers throughout the restoration process. Her caring approach helps our team provide the guidance customers need while working to make their property “Like it never even happened.”

Juan is an Assistant Mitigation Project Manager at SERVPRO Team Johnson. He joined the team in May 2023 as a Production Technician and quickly demonstrated his dedication and strong work ethic, earning a well-deserved promotion.

Juan is IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certified and plays an important role in helping manage water damage restoration projects, ensuring our customers receive the support and care they need when it matters most.

Outside of work, Juan enjoys music and spending his free time playing both the piano and guitar.

CJ is an Assistant Mitigation Project Manager at SERVPRO Team Johnson and has been a valued member of the team since September 2025. He is IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certified and works alongside Juan to help manage water damage restoration projects.

CJ plays an important role in keeping mitigation projects running smoothly while ensuring our customers receive the care and support they need during challenging situations.

Outside of work, CJ enjoys staying active by playing basketball and golf.

James is a Mitigation Project Manager at SERVPRO Team Johnson who joined the team in July 2024, bringing valuable industry experience from his previous role. He is IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certified and manages the majority of our mold remediation projects, ensuring each job is handled efficiently, professionally, and with close attention to detail.

One of James’s favorite parts of his role is having the opportunity to help customers through challenging situations and make the restoration process a little easier. His experience, dedication, and attention to detail make him a valuable part of our mitigation team.

Outside of work, James enjoys listening to rock music and hopes to one day travel to Hawaii.

Emili is an Assistant Mitigation Project Manager at SERVPRO Team Johnson who joined the team in April 2024. She began her career with the team as a Production Technician and earned a promotion through her strong work ethic, dedication, and commitment to helping others.

Emili primarily manages fire damage and general cleaning projects, ensuring each job is handled efficiently and professionally. One of the most rewarding parts of her role is helping customers through the restoration process, especially after experiencing a fire. She enjoys seeing the transformation from the beginning of a project, when customers may feel overwhelmed, to the end, when they can see their property clean and organized again. Seeing their happiness and appreciation makes the work especially rewarding for her.

Outside of work, Emili enjoys watching movies and spending quality time with her family doing outdoor activities.

Scott is the Senior Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO Team Johnson and joined the team in March 2025. He holds IICRC WRT and FSRT certifications, is a NYS DOL Mold Supervisor, Xactimate Level 2 Certified, and a HAAG Certified Residential Reviewer (Level 1).

Scott primarily supports the water mitigation department while also assisting fire, mold, and reconstruction with estimates, revisions, and Xactimate. He enjoys putting the pieces of each loss together to accurately tell the story through estimates and documentation.

Outside of work, Scott is a proud New York Giants fan.

Jessica is the Construction Coordinator at SERVPRO Team Johnson and joined the team in July 2025. With years of experience, she plays an important role in keeping our reconstruction projects organized and running smoothly. Her knowledge, dedication, and attention to detail make her a valuable part of the team.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys taking small getaways to the beach whenever she gets the chance.

Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Ryan has called New Hampton, NY home for many years. He joined SERVPRO Team Johnson in February 2022 and serves as a Project Estimator in our Construction Department. Before joining SERVPRO, Ryan owned and operated his own landscaping company, bringing valuable hands-on experience and a strong understanding of working with customers.

Ryan is known for his patience and caring approach, taking the time to help customers understand the reconstruction process and what to expect along the way. His goal is to make rebuilding after property damage as smooth and stress-free as possible, helping customers get back to their homes and routines and making it “Like it never even happened.”

Originally from Mexico, Patricio—better known as Pat—has called Middletown, NY home for many years. He has been part of SERVPRO Team Johnson since February 2005, making him one of our most experienced Production Technicians.

With more than two decades on the team, Pat has developed extensive knowledge across a wide range of emergency restoration services. His experience also extends into reconstruction, allowing him to step in and assist wherever his skills are needed. Pat’s versatility, experience, and years of dedication make him an important part of the SERVPRO Team Johnson family.

Javier Canchon has been a Production Technician with SERVPRO Team Johnson since January 2023. He especially enjoys working on duct cleaning and water restoration projects, where he can help customers get their homes and businesses back to normal.

Outside of work, Javier enjoys going to the gym, watching movies, and cheering on the New York Yankees.

Denzil Kidd joined SERVPRO Team Johnson as a Production Technician in June 2024. Whether assisting with restoration work or supporting his fellow team members, Denzil brings a dependable and hardworking approach to each project. He takes pride in doing his part to help restore properties and make the recovery process easier for our customers.

Barbara Martinez is a Production Technician at SERVPRO Team Johnson who joined the team in May 2025. She primarily works on fire restoration projects and enjoys being part of any job that helps customers get their homes back to the way they were before the damage. Her dedication to helping others makes her a valuable part of our team.

Outside of work, Barbara enjoys studying and reading books.

Victor Sterling is a Production Technician at SERVPRO Team Johnson who joined the team in October 2024. Since joining, Victor has demonstrated a strong work ethic and is always willing to lend a helping hand wherever needed. His dedication, reliability, and teamwork make him a valuable part of the SERVPRO Team Johnson team.

Andrew Kozlowski is a Production Technician at SERVPRO Team Johnson who joined the team in July 2025. Since joining, Andrew has become a valued member of the production team, bringing a strong work ethic and a willingness to help wherever needed. His dedication and teamwork help ensure our restoration projects are completed efficiently and our customers receive the support they need.
