Had a flood in my basement. Called SERVPRO!! My lucky day!! Got the Patchogue branch!! Unbelievable!! Melanie and Tom were amazing!! The professionalism can't be matched. They made everything ok. Can't thank them enough!! Hope to never have this happen again but if we did Melanie and Tom would be the people I would turn to!! Thank you, thank you , thank you!!!

Just want to thank Tom and Mike for doing such a fantastic job removing water damage from my basement. They were kind, sweet and very knowledgeable. Tom explained everything first and they both answered any questions or concerns. I couldn't walk to the basement after recent ankle surgery so they brought me the damaged boxes on plastic to go over. Before leaving with fans and dehumidifier in place, they even hooked tubing into kitchen sink for humidifier knowing I couldn't get downstairs. And they cleaned my hardwood under the tarp before going! Rich, the owner, set up the appointment immediately. Despite having to remove some stored items, you made a first time in need actually a pleasant experience! Thank you!

Mike and the crew did an excellent job on our home. Their attention to detail and true professionalism can't be beat. When dealing with water, mold pets and small children you need a dependable company that is going to make your home safe, SERVPRO did just that!! Melanie is an absolute pleasure to work and helped make a very stressful situation easier. SERVPRO Patchogue goes above and beyond and I will continue to recommend them to friends and family in the future. Thanks again guys!

Melanie Accardi & her team were amazing.I had a huge flood & was not able to get to the location right away.She made the entire experience stress free.I truly felt she was there to help me & had a lot of experience & knowledge about the process.My adjuster had worked with her prior & she took the fear and stress out of the experience & I am grateful.They were fast, efficient & incredibly communicative at all hours of the day.I would highly recommend them to anyone.

5 star Melanie Accardi and Mark Delfino of SERVPRO of Patchogue have been an absolute pleasure to work with! They had a sense of urgency that matched my own, compassion for my kids and pregnancy, eased my worries, communicated endlessly and promptly with our adjuster, treated my family and I with professionalism, and even dusted my picture frames for me! I seriously cannot thank them enough!! Service like that is hard to come by.

So far, 5 stars to SERVPRO of Patchogue, specifically Avery, Bill, Sean, Sal, and Eileen, who quickly took care of scheduling everything. They were all professional, polite, and answered questions when asked. Bill, Sean and Sal were careful with removing the water damaged materials and setting up the drying machines, then cleaned the floors, etc., of any dust on their way out. They explained the process and worked quickly to get it done. I am hopeful that the remainder of the process of working with them will go just as smoothly!

This company provided excellent service. The workmen were real pros and everything was done neatly and with great skills. Communication was great. Every question answered, supplies were the best quality and the workmanship was perfect. The owner of the company who supervised the work was in constant contact, the crew worked skillfully and the staff was consistently attentive. We could not have had a better experience.
