We had storm damage to the roof and inside ceiling of our house. I called SERVPRO and within 24 hrs. they were out to put on Tarp prior to another rain storm. Our roof was completed within days and we are thoroughly pleased! We had an awesome team lead by Jeri Selvin-Rank, manager who was up on every move. She was a "WIZ" in getting us through the whole situation (thank you Jeri). Excellent job done by a professional and respectful group of individuals. Kudos to SERVPRO!!!

This is long overdue. I had the unfortunate luck to have to use the service twice within a six month period.My wife and I had suffered tremendous losses as a direct result of hurricane Sandy 4 and a half years ago. As a direct result, when we renovated, we put our boiler, hot water heater, etc. in the attic, leaving us no real reason to use the crawl space anymore.
As the weather turned colder, we began to notice a foul odor permeating the house, and we couldn't figure out where it was coming from.
Eventually, I had to go to the crawlspace to shut off the water to my garden hoses so my pipes wouldn't burst. When I opened the doors, we found the source of the odors. The main sewer line from our basement had tree roots growing in it, which meant that every time we flushed the toilet, ran the dishwasher or did laundry, all of that was backing up into our basement. I won't go into the details of how gross it was...
I called Ray Wardell, owner of the local SERVPRO immediately. He guided me through the process with the insurance, sent his people, did the work, and within 2 days, it was literally "Like it never even happened." It even smelled good. (I still don't know how they managed THAT!)
SERVPRO worked seamlessly with the plumber and the insurance company, did excellent work, and billed me a fair price. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They went far ABOVE all my expectations. Both times.
