Servpro got in touch me promptly after the adjuster’s visit. They were onsite as promised in short order. The workers were on time, professional, and courteous. They protected the rest of my space while doing their work. I was impressed by how detailed and thorough they were. And before leaving they informed me what they had done and cleaned up meticulously. Our insurance company referred us to Servpro to remediate water damage in two adjacent rooms. They were prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. They informed us how each step of the process would go, and they executed those plans. There were no surprises from them. They removed all signs of water damage and monitored the locations afterwards to ensure that the remediation was successful. Recently, my basement was flooded with 2 to 3 inches of water. I thought I would have many problems, but I was wrong. Servpro was the company to fix everything and the project Manager was John Fasciano. John explained everything that would be done. I had many questions and I called John many times with questions and John and John patiently and politely always answered all of my questions no matter how many times I called him. The last time I saw John was when he came to close the case. He asked me if I was satisfied with the job, and if there was anything that I wanted him to do. I told him that everything was OK except for my TV and speakers still, but not in working condition. I had been unable to connect all the wires with my TV and speakers and other units. John asked if I wanted him to do it and of course I said yes , I was amazed later when John turned on the TV and Everything was back to normal. I was very very pleased.
