Angela is our Office Manager and Human Resource Administrator here at SERVPRO of North Rensselaer and South Washington Counties. She has been with our franchise for 8 years.

Angela has over 20+ years’ experience in customer service and has a Degree Certification in Computer System Management as well as being water certified through the IICRC.

Outside of work Angela enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering in the community.

Emily is the Senior Auditor here at SERVPRO of North Rensselaer/ South Washington Counties. She has been with our franchise for 3 years. Her job responsibilities include keeping all files and documentation for all claims organized for the customers and the insurance companies. Emily always has a smile on her face no matter what task she is doing.

She has several years’ experience in customer service and office work.

In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with her children and being with her fiancé.

Carl is one of the Operations Manager here at SERVPRO of North Rensselaer/South Washington Counties. Carl has been a dedicated member of our team for 13 years. With those 13 years of experience Carl is responsible for managing the mitigation and restoration department. He manages all projects from start to finish. He and his team are always focused on quality work and our client’s satisfaction.

Carl is certified through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Remediation, Fire Remediation, as well as Trauma and Biohazard Remediation. Carl is also certified through the New York Department of Health Mold Programs as a Mold Abatement Supervisor.

In his free time, Carl enjoys spending time with his children, grandchildren, and cheering on the Washington Commanders.

Jake is our Construction Manager here at SERVPRO of North Rensselaer/ South Washington Counties. He has been with us for 3 years. He is responsible for our entire reconstruction division and handling all our customers reconstruction needs.

Jake has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry as well as experience several years’ experience in management.

In his free time, Jake enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and working on his truck.

Atrael is a Restoration Manager here at SERVPRO of North Rensselaer/South Washington Counties. Atrael has been with our franchise for three years.

Atrael has several years’ experience in the construction industry. He has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. He has also been certified through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Remediation and Fire Restoration. Atrael is also certified though NY State Department of Health Mold Program as a Mold Abatement Supervisor.

When he is not at work, Atrael enjoys spending time with his children & girlfriend, golfing, and watching football.

Jeremy is a Restoration Supervisor here at SERVPRO of North Rensselaer/South Washington Counties. Jeremy has been with our franchise for over three years.

Jeremy has several years’ experience in management and customer service. He has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. Jeremy is certified through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Remediation and Fire Remediation. Jeremy is also certified through NY State Department of Health Mold Program as a Mold Abatement Supervisor.

When he is not at work, Jeremy enjoys spending time with friends and family, hunting, and cheering on the Eagles.

Nathan is a Restoration Technician here at SERVPRO of North Rensselaer and Washington Counties.

Nathan has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. He is well versed in advanced cleaning and restoration techniques, the use of state-of-the-art equipment and exceeding our customers expectations.

When Nathan's not working, you can find him with his family and friends.

Howard is a Restoration Technician here at SERVPRO of North Rensselaer and South Washington Counties.

Howard has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. He is well versed in advanced cleaning and restoration techniques, the use of state-of-the-art equipment and exceeding our customers expectations.

When Howard is not working, you can find him with his friends and family.

Chris is a Construction Superintendent here at SERVPRO of North Rensselaer/ South Washington Counties. Chris has been with us for two years.

Darius is a Construction Technician here at SERVPRO of North Rensselaer/ South Washington Counties. Darius has been with us for over a year.
