We were very impressed with the pack-up, mitigation and cleanup provided, especially after the drying/dehumidifying process, as performed by Davion and Ka'nijah. They were courteous, hard-working, and conscientious. Because of some time delay in arrival by Servpro, my wife and I managed to get almost all of the water up and disposed, and your folks knew what to do next, and did it expertly.
We had a kitchen fire in September and the smoke damage reached almost every room upstairs. The team walked us through the whole process on day one, explained what would happen with our insurance claim, and kept us updated the entire time. The cleaning crew got the smoke smell out of things I thought were ruined. Can’t say enough good things.
Came home to two inches of water in the basement from a burst pipe. Called SERVPRO of North Onondaga around 9pm and Chris had a crew at the house within the hour. They got the water out that night, set up the drying equipment, and checked moisture readings every day until it was done. Honestly expected a nightmare and it was the opposite.
Allan, Justin and Josh worked to help us out and get everything taken care of quickly. Allan was communicative and consistently answered all questions we had. The whole crew managed to work quickly and efficiently to get my wife and I ready for repairs on our house.
They were there when I needed them and did a great job with the water damage and removing my damaged ceiling. Nate was professional, kind, and understanding. I really appreciated their help!
