About Us
It was with great sadness that we said goodbye to our previous owner, Mr. John Halko, whose life was cut short by illness. But we are pleased to announce that our venerable company will continue to operate under the new ownership of Mr. Timothy Skov. Tim is an experienced SERVPRO franchise owner/operator and restauranteur who stepped in to fill the big shoes that John left behind.
Most of our staff continued on with us through that trying time, and we are pleased to continue to offer the best restoration services available to our customers in much of Syracuse, as well as Onondaga and Oswego Counties.
When you call you may speak to Anggie Lobdell our Office Manager, who has been with us for over eight years. Mathew Balch, our Operations Manager, has been with us for nearly fifteen years. Both Anggie and Matt are natives of Syracuse, and we are very pleased to have them on staff.
Our staff is highly trained in property damage restoration. From initial and ongoing training at SERVPRO’s corporate training facility to regular IICRC-industry certification, rest assured our staff is equipped with the knowledge to restore your property. With a nationwide system of qualified franchises, no damage is too large or too small for SERVPRO of North Onondaga County.

Jason, the project manager, was fantastic throughout. Accessible, flexible, and very good at following up with me and a third party assessor. He knows what he’s talking about industry wise, but I never felt talked down to or like I was being jargon’d to death or squeezed for more money. On top of that, the crew assigned to our project was amazing. Matt and Trent were kind, efficient, receptive and even sweet to our dog! They withstood a barrage of questions from the whole family. A nice touch, Matt would call and check in just before arrival in case something came up.

Serv pro was here promptly after I called them for leaking diswasher. Water damage on 1st floor and basement. Moved removed all wet items. staff very professional, polite and careful. Installed fans and dehumidifier. Dried floor, walls on first floor and basement. Here everyday to check on drying process. Great job. No complaints. Would use them again. Rec to others
I had to call Serv Pro as there was water in my basement Monday. I called the company and Matt arrived about 8:30 that morning. By 9 am Juan and Trent got busy working all day getting everything ready to get rid of the water. They came Tuesday then Wednesday when Mick came with them . Thursday, Destin came with Juan and today Ashley came with Trent to get things back in order. Everything was explained to me about what there were doing and I am pleased with the service I have gotten. Thank you for your service
