For over 11 years, Cynthia has been a vital part of SERVPRO Team Allen and now leads as our Director of Operations. She expertly handles daily logistics, keeps projects on schedule and within budget, and guides our team with exceptional leadership. Her dedication powers our success every day!

Amit serves as the Director of Construction at SERVPRO of Mill Basin, Flatlands having previously excelled as Crew Chief and Lead Rebuilder. He joined Team Allen in 2017 and quickly earned the crucial NY State Mold Supervisor Certification. His credentials also include IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration (FSRT), Odor Control (OCT), and Applied Structural Drying (ASD). With over 25 years of construction experience, Amit brings invaluable expertise to our build-back services. He is an active member of the United Madrassi Association (UMA), where he contributes to community improvement initiatives, and he volunteers at homeless shelters, helping to distribute meals. Living in Queens, Amit is a cricket club member and enjoys biking, swimming, and spending quality time with his family.

Terri is a valued member of the SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn's Team Allen office, serving as the Human Resource Administrator since March of 2023. With over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Terri decided to pursue a career change and joined our team. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role and is passionate about creating a positive work culture. Terri's dedication to helping people is evident in her approach to HR, and she is committed to providing a supportive environment for all employees. In her free time, Terri enjoys taking walks on the boardwalk in her neighborhood of Rockaway, NY. She is also proud of her two adult children.

As the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Mill Basin, Flatlands, Angelica is essential in keeping our operations running smoothly. Her outstanding organizational skills help streamline processes, enabling our crews and office staff to work efficiently. By maintaining detailed job files and coordinating key information, she ensures that every project progresses seamlessly and boosts overall productivity.

Outside of work, Angelica loves spending quality time with her family in Brooklyn, whether they’re exploring local parks, trying new restaurants, or enjoying a cozy night in. Her dedication to both her job and her loved ones makes her an invaluable member of our team and a cherished presence in the community.

Gerrianne is the CMO at SERVPRO of Mill Basin, Flatlands, bringing over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. She specializes in helping clients recover from fire, water, or mold damage, restoring properties to preloss condition. Skilled in strategy, team motivation, and cost control, Gerrianne is also active in IFMA, NAWIC, and the Gotham Organization. Committed to minimizing business disruptions for commercial clients, she embodies SERVPRO’s mission of creating safer environments. Outside work, she enjoys cooking, museums, and the beach.

Since 2023, Anthony Colucci has worked as the Accounts Receivable and Payable office worker at SERVPRO of Mill Basin, Flatlands. QuickBooks certified and a notary public, he brings strong financial expertise to his role.

Living in Kew Gardens, Anthony enjoys reading, traveling, and leading meditation groups, balancing his professional life with personal passions.

Kerri is a dedicated administrative assistant at SERVPRO of Mill Basin, Flatlands, joining the team in 2024. With exceptional organizational skills and a positive attitude, she plays a crucial role in coordinating the office staff, sales team, and production crews, ensuring efficient operations.

Outside of work, Kerri actively serves her community through the Women's Auxiliary with the Knights of Columbus and the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), reflecting her caring nature and commitment to helping others.

Living in Brooklyn, Kerri enjoys outdoor activities like fishing and participating in 5K walk/runs, keeping her active and connected to her community. Her vibrant personality and dedication make her an invaluable member of the SERVPRO family.

As a Project Manager, Cesar Chai is a skilled restoration expert at SERVPRO of Mill Basin, Flatlands, making a significant impact since 2021. With over six years of industry experience, he has become a trusted resource for clients. He holds the Water Damage Restoration (WRT) certification from the IICRC and is a certified Mold Remediation Technician (AMRT) with training in Lead Abatement, equipping him to handle diverse restoration challenges.

Cesar takes pride in his work, focusing on details to ensure client satisfaction. His commitment to quality has earned him respect among colleagues and clients alike.

Outside of work, Cesar enjoys spending time with family and friends in Brooklyn, whether exploring local attractions, trying new restaurants, or relaxing at home. His passion for helping others shines through in both his professional and personal life, reflecting his dedication to making a positive difference in his community.

Eric has been a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Mill Basin, Flatlands since 2020, bringing years of experience in restoration and construction to Team Allen. He is IICRC-certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), and New York State Mold Abatement. Residing in East Flatbush, Eric is actively involved in food drives and pantry initiatives, and he enjoys sports and spending time out with friends.

John Flanagan is a standout member of Team Allen at SERVPRO of Mill Basin, Flatlands. Since joining us in 2023, he has rapidly advanced from Technician to Lead Technician.

John's plumbing background enhances our team's skills, allowing him to tackle challenges with confidence. His quick learning and adaptability make him an invaluable asset. Outside of work, John loves spending time with family and friends, relaxing at the beach, and immersing himself in video games. For him, gaming is much more than a hobby.

Walter is a Lead Technician and dedicated member of Team Allen's SERVPRO of Mill Basin, Flatlands, having joined the team in 2021. With over five years of extensive experience in the restoration industry, he has honed his skills and knowledge to become a reliable expert in his field. Walter holds several certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC), including credentials in water damage restoration (WRT) and applied microbial remediation (AMRT). His expertise not only enhances the quality of service provided to clients but also positions him as a respected leader within the team. When he's not working hard to restore properties, Walter enjoys life in Staten Island, where he resides.

Ricardo has been an invaluable member of Mill Basin, Flatlands since 2023, serving as a lead technician. With 6 years of hands-on experience in restoration, he has developed a wealth of knowledge in the field. Ricardo is IICRC-certified in water damage restoration (WRT) and specializes in Crime & Trauma Scene cleanup, showcasing his dedication to maintaining the highest industry standards. Originally from Staten Island, he enjoys spending his free time playing and watching football, immersing himself in video games, and cherishing moments with his family. His passion for teamwork and commitment to helping others makes him a vital part of the SERVPRO team.

As a Reconstruction Technician, Giuseppe joined our construction team at SERVPRO of Mill Basin, Flatlands in 2023, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in construction and build-back projects. His extensive knowledge and hands-on skills make him an invaluable part of Team Allen!

When he’s not working hard to get things back in shape, you’ll likely find Giuseppe strolling through the city, taking in the sights and sounds of Brooklyn. He loves exploring new neighborhoods and discovering hidden gems. Plus, he has a passion for baking and often whips up delicious cakes at home, delighting family and friends with his tasty treats. Giuseppe’s mix of talent and personal flair adds a special touch to our team!

Tom joined Team Allen in March 2023 as the Asset Supervisor for SERVPRO of Mill Basin, Flatlands. He is certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Fire Restoration (FSRT), with additional training in confined spaces. With years of experience in restoration, Tom proudly served in the Civil Engineer Squadron of the USAF. As an Air Force Veteran, he is committed to giving back to his community through charity work with the Knights of Columbus and the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). In his free time, Tom enjoys fishing and unwinding at the beach, escaping the hustle of his Brooklyn home.

Juan is a production technician for Team Allen's SERVPRO of Mill Basin, Flatlands restoration experience and joined the team in 2023. Before SERVPRO, he spent three years as a construction worker. Based in New York, Juan enjoys springtime with his family, playing baseball, fishing, and traveling.

Since joining SERVPRO of Mill Basin, Flatlands in 2023, Diego has been a dedicated production technician who completed our in-house ECTP training, demonstrating his commitment to excellence. A hard worker and valued member of Team Allen, he embodies the spirit of teamwork. In his free time, Walther enjoys swimming and working out at the gym, reflecting his passion for a healthy lifestyle. He resides in New York, embracing the local culture and community.

As Commercial Sales & Marketing Representative for SERVPRO Team Allen, Suzanne leverages her extensive local knowledge, professional experience, and strong community connections to help businesses and property owners.
