SERVPRO was recommended to us and we are so thankful. We had water damage throughout 2 floors of our home due to a late night burst water line in our upstairs bathroom. They were an absolute blessing to work with. Jimmy came over the very next morning to set up dehumidifiers and fans. Paul arrived on Monday and walked us through every step of the remediation. No question went unanswered and we felt so relieved by his expertise. He dealt with our insurance company, took all their phone calls and was here the day the insurance rep came to do his walk-through. In doing this, we believe the insurance rep had a better understanding of how much repair work truly needed to be done. Jimmy & Paul stressed that after the remediation was completed, we could use whatever contractors we chose for repair work But we were already certain we would continue with SERVPRO for that work as well. Jimmy handled all the repair work details and was such a pro. He respected our wishes, came up with some ideas of his own and along with Carlos, Tino, Lisa (in the office) and the rest of the crew, restored our home to tip top shape. We couldn't be happier. If you every have the grief of water damage in your home, we highly recommend SERVPRO of Bellmore/Wantagh and their remediation/reconstruction team. They are truly the best!

Working with ServPro was an absolute dream. My house had some water damage in our basement due to an issue with our sewer trap. We have State Farm, who works with ServPro, and I'm so happy they do! After one call to State Farm, I contacted ServPro to get the work going to assess and remediate the water damage. Paul, a rep from their team, is absolutely incredible. He came over so fast, and explained what they were going to do in full detail. Answered all of our questions, and was always so quick to respond to any text messages no matter how late! On top of all of that, he even went out of his way to make sure he was at our home when the State Farm rep came by to assess the damages for their report. He was able to walk the rep through exactly what happened in such great detail, which resulted in us getting a lot of coverage from State Farm to repair the damages. He guided us with such confidence and knowledge. We felt like we were his family! After State Farm provided the check to do the reconstruction of the basement, we knew right away we had to work with ServPro for the reconstruction job. Lisa, Jimmy, Tino, Alex, Carlos, and the entire crew were beyond efficient, courteous, and so fast to get our basement not only back to what it used to be, but even BETTER. Jimmy was also incredible. He was flexible and open to our ideas of how we wanted the basement restored, and went above and beyond what was supposed to be done. It's honestly one of our favorite new rooms in the house because it got a huge face lift, and our home equity has benefitted greatly for it. I will only be working with ServPro from now on for any of my water remediation and repair needs. I've recommended them to all of my friends and family, and honestly cannot speak more highly about them. Fantastic service all around!

Everything from the initial consult with Steve to interactions with Dan and Rob to working with Sal and the crew was absolutely great. Paul Hofmann and his crew Juan and Tino went above and beyond in their mold remediation due to a leaky roof. They needed to replace drywall and did a phenomenal job. They painted and cleaned up. Thank you for a job well done.

The SERVPRO team far exceeded expectations for restoring my flooded basement. The entire team was courteous and professional. Project Manager Gian Carlo did an inspection and provided a concise estimate within 24 hours. He was always available to answer questions. The Work team of Jeremy, Neil, Vincente, and, Jorge was on time and performed high quality work. Team lead Jeremy constantly updated me during the job. All work was done to my satisfaction.
