As a small business owner I can tell you how hard it is to find employees that share your passion. Your employees truly enjoy their work. From the lady answering the phone to the technicians who arrived and estimated my project to the crew sent to perform the actual work, every one of them had bright smiles on their faces, nothing but positive vibes, and laughed and joked with each other like a family. My project was simple. Vandalism clean-up at one of my rental properties, but I actually enjoyed the experience in the end. When my house flooded from my bathroom to my walls and down my stairs I started to freak. I didn't know what to do, I started grabbing towels, mops, buckets but nothing was working. The water started to come out of my fire detector downstairs and that's when I knew this was out of my hands. I found SERVPRO and decided to go with their company because of their reviews. Dekon Brodie was the first to respond and set my mind at ease. He was very professional, very polite and very knowledgeable about the situation I was going through.
I couldn't be happier with my estimate because I thought it was going to cost me a fortune.

SERVPRO of Reno Southwest responded to a water damage at my elderly mother's home. She has the early stages of dementia and can be quite a handful to deal with at times. I went over daily to try and help them do their job as mom consistently needed reminding of what they were doing and why they were doing it. She is still self sufficient for the most part and is extremely opinionated. There were days that her moods would go through such highs and lows I was worried that they would just pull off the job. Instead each day I found their crew chief Jose going patiently through the process of explaining AGAIN what was happening and why it was taking place. The entire process was extremely frustrating for myself, I cant imagine what their employees felt. Yet every time I came in contact with an employee they met me with smiles, positive comments about the project, and were just…… awesome for lack of a better word. I will absolutely choose SERVPRO of Reno Southwest again. Thank you for having the insight to hire people who have compassion and kindness bred into them!

I had my second home take on some water from my upstairs bathroom, SERVPRO came out same day with a knowledgeable and professional crew that worked quick to restore my home. Very pleased with all the work SERVPRO provided. Thank you SERVPRO team.
We had a house fire on 05/21/2019. My teenage daughter and 10 year old twin boys were the only ones home at the time of the fire. TALK ABOUT SCARY!!!!! My daughter was able to safely get herself and her two younger brothers out THANK GOODNESS! I received the call and truly did not even know where to begin. After the fire fighters left and I was given permission to enter what was left of my home…. I was devastated in a way I have never experienced before. I obviously contacted my insurance company who gave me a couple of different companies to call and get my process started. The first company I called acted as though what I was going through was nothing to them. No compassion. I knew I could not work with a company who is speaking to a single mother of three who just lost everything this way. Last on my list was SERVPRO of Reno Southwest. I called them with my fingers crossed. I was relieved when the sweetest woman came on the phone, she listened to my story, she SOUNDED like she cared! They immediately set a time to come and give me a home inspection and estimate to give to my insurance. David, Zach and Elijah came out quickly once work was approved. By the end of the first day I KNEW I made the right choice. Each technician took the time to ASK me about my belongings and we made decisions together, which if you have never been left with nothing means EVERYTHING! The work was completed quickly and professionally. One of my sons has even talked about opening a company like theirs to help other people who went through what we did. SERVPRO truly made the worst experience of my life something that can be looked back on in a positive light. Much appreciated!
