Their journey began with a simple dream of owning their own company, which they successfully transformed into reality. Niko, with nearly 20 years of experience in restoration and a passion for the field, faced a health setback in 2011, leading him to pursue a bachelor's degree in Business Entrepreneurship from the University of New Mexico, completing it in May 2017. This educational achievement paved the way for the establishment of their own restoration company.
The choice of SERVPRO® was a result of Niko's coursework, where he conducted an extensive project to identify the world's best restoration company. After thorough research, SERVPRO® emerged as the optimal choice for purchasing a franchise. Niko and Katrina wholeheartedly committed themselves to realizing their dream.
