I also found much peace knowing that I had a team that managed the claims process for us. I speak from experience, that when your family is hit with a disaster (including the loss of personal effects, heirlooms and even loss of space) you are stressed and emotional. The last thing you want to do is have to make critical, long-lasting decisions all by yourself. This team lifts that burden and works directly with the third parties. Two days before Thanksgiving a fire destroyed the home next door and significantly damaged ours. Tragically, one person did not survive. Within hours, SERVPRO arrived at our home with an air quality monitor and air scrubber that we didn't even know we needed. They left them here through the weekend, and removed them all at no cost to us. It was so reassuring to know that the air in our home was safe during such a traumatic time. We are forever grateful.

Our attic needed a deep clean from a messy roofing job and years of dust. Now we could eat dinner on the floor up there. Not a speck of dust got down to our second floor, everything was protected. Very satisfied customer.
