Thank you for your follow-up call to my Allstate claim. I would like to tell you how much I appreciate the services of those listed below in the reconstruction of my home after the awful fire on 4 Sept 2018.Having just gone through a terrible personal tragedy in 2018, I can't tell you how devastated I was when the fire occurred. I was alone and petrified at the thought of going through this by myself.Thanks to the team of Allstate and SERVPRO professional adjusters and contractors, my fears were soon put to rest. Everyone as so responsive, empathetic, and professional that it was much easier to endure the long process than I had anticipated. The standards of insurance adjustment and house reconstruction were extremely high. Rachel was great to work with!

These guys were amazing. Had mold all over my basement and had already gotten ripped off by excessive testing and a lot of people wanting my money. This branch took the time to explain everything to me, make sure I wasn't spending more than I could, and ensuring the job was done fast and complete. They were very professional. The team had to be here for a week, and every single day, came in smiling, friendly, respectful, and again, explaining everything they did. Job was done complete, and I will absolutely use them again (although of course I hope I don't have to). Rachel and Don were exceptional.
