SERVPRO of Egg Harbor/Ventnor City is an emergency fire and water cleanup and restoration company and a trusted leader in the local restoration industry. Our South Jersey area SERVPRO is locally owned and operated by Jim Gibbs. Jim is passionate about quality work, service to the community and helping businesses and families recover after stressful situations caused by water and fire damage. Our teams are highly trained and available 24 hours a day to respond to your calls.
Jim Gibbs is a member of Manna Worldwide, an international organization with the mission "to rescue children from the grip of poverty." Jim participates locally and abroad seeking to help children and families in need of the essential items and services. We even give away Manna Coffee to our customers with mugs that have our logo on them as part of our customer calls. Jim has made many business connections in his travels and takes a lot of pride in helping others. Jim also contributes to many local Religious and Youth Sports Programs as a volunteer and participant.
Our Marketing Manager Daren Perone is a member of The Greater Atlantic City Chamber of Commerce (and has been since 1984) and serves on the Membership Committee as well as the Ambassador Team. Daren reaches over 500 members on a monthly basis and develops good connections to help expand of impact and reach.

We needed cleanup services twice about 3 months apart for water leaks in our finished basement.
The second time was on our first day of vacation in Key West. Daren Perone was phenomenal. I received a call from our daughter at 6:30 AM that the pressure relief valve failed on the heater overnight and there was 3 inches of water in the basement. I left a message at servepro and Daren called back immediately. He told me not to worry they would take care of it. Which they did.
Both times they did an excellent job, were courteous, and kept us calm through stressful situations.

We had a toilet overflow upstairs overnight. First floor and basement were destroyed, and John and his demo team were quick to demo all the water damaged areas and helpful with questions. After a month of waiting, the reconstruction crew came. Jose and his team were very fast reconstructing the house and making our house a home again. I would highly recommend them if you had a unfortunate situation with water damage again.
John P. and the team were awesome! They explained our options and showed us examples of what we would be receiving. He was not pushy nor giving constant calls annoying us. He gave us tips on how to care for the floors and expressed that he would correct any error in a timely fashion. My wife enjoys every bit of the natural look and our toddler can’t stop rolling on the carpet (not his norm). Thank you SERVPRO!
