After a leak from our washer we did two things: we did our best to contain and cleanup the water, and then we called ServPro (based on a great experience we had in another state 25 years ago). What truly stood out to me was Lathe’s honesty and integrity. Despite the fact that I am a woman, he didn’t try to take advantage or overcharge me. Instead, he honestly suggested that it might be more cost-effective for my husband to perform the work, and he even went a step further by providing us with a detailed layout and instructions on how to do the project ourselves if we chose to. Lathe’s dedication, transparency, and genuine concern for his customers are truly commendable. It’s rare to come across a business owner who operates with such honesty and integrity.
