The Tofts purchased the Omaha Southwest & Omaha West/Saunders County franchise in July of 2019 after relocating from northwest Iowa where they were co-owners of SERVPRO of Spencer & Iowa Great Lakes. Lathe & Nicole purchased the Omaha West/Saunders County franchise in December 2019.
