When you call SERVPRO to deal with water damage you know they will do whatever is necessary to extract the water efficiently before mold grows or other problems arise. They know what they are doing and have the right equipment and knowledge to dry up your house. I would recommend them (and I do all the time) to anyone who has water or fire damage. I came home to a flooded basement, I called Brooke and in 40 minutes I had a CREW sucking water out, moving all of our belongings out, and beginning the cleanup process. Obviously the weight of the world was on my shoulders, and I asked the crew manager (Tanner) what I needed to do. He said Travis, you don't need to do ANYTHING from here on out. We take care of everything. We'll take pictures for your insurance, move everything out, pull the carpet pad, dry everything, fix the pipe that broke, fix the window that broke, take care of your drywall, and when it's all done we'll move everything back in where it was. Don't worry about anything, we handle it all. It gets better... my insurance company was not being very cooperative. So Matt (The Owner) personally turns it into his mission to get it taken care of... the owner did this!! This guy went to bat for us like we were family, and that's exactly how SERVPRO made us feel, like we were family. Jeremy, Brooke, and Tanner were constantly checking in to see how we were doing and updating us on the process. IMPORTANT: The SERVPRO workers are professionalism personified!! They wear polos, khaki pants, and work extremely hard. You have no questions about letting these people in your home while you're not there and at work. I'm suggesting SERVPRO to anyone that will listen. They tackled a massive problem and made it feel just like their slogan says "Like it never even happened." They were in and out and had our basement back in shape in no time. Use them for water damage, fire, mold, cleaning, or petty much any disaster in your home or business.
