This team (headed by Alex) responded immediately to our call, and, because of their experience, was able to guide us in making a good decision on what to do next. Earlier, we had discovered a minor leak in our washing machine, which had allowed water to slowly accumulate in the sub floor beneath our tile. The damage and the growing mold could not be readily seen, but was present just the same. Once the diagnosis was made and the initial plan was determined, the team set about to complete the demo, dry the subfloor, and mitigate the mold. They were even able to help us temporarily install our new washer and dryer in the garage so we would not be inconvenienced while our utility room was being reconstructed. Throughout it all they worked quickly and professionally and I would not hesitate to hire them again if the need ever arose.
