Angie is IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke, Applied Microbial Remediation, and Trauma & Crime Scene. She takes a lot of pride and professionalism in her work everyday. When she is not at work she loves spending time with her horses and her family.

Jehson is one of our Water Restoration Technicians here at SERVPRO of Southeast Raleigh/Garner. He may be quieter than the rest but he takes his job very seriously. He works with no complaints and strives for excellence.

Ken is one of our wonderful Lead Restoration Technicians here at SERVPRO of Southeast Raleigh/Garner. He has the following IICRC certifications: Water Damage Restoration. He is extremely knowledgeable in the field and has one of the best attitudes for it. He even got 100% on the IICRC test!

Margareth is one of our very knowledgeable Fire and Water Technicians at SERVPRO of Southeast Raleigh/Garner. She has years of experience in her field and is always coming to work with a smile on her face. She is also fluent in English and Spanish.

Patricia is one of our excellent Contents Restoration experts here at SERVPRO Southeast Raleigh/Garner. She has been with us for a long time, always working with a smile on her face. She takes a lot of pride in the work that she does and is an expert in her field.

Timmy is one of our awesome, dependable Lead Restoration Technicians here at SERVPRO of Southeast Raleigh/Garner. He has the following IICRC certifications: Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, and Trauma & Crime Scene. Timmy is one of our hardest working technicians. He never turns down a job. When he is not working he is a fan of the Broncos and loves spending time with his family.

Juan is one of our excellent Project Managers here at SERVPRO of Southeast Raleigh/Garner. He has many years of experience in the field of mitigation and holds the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Technician, Applied Structural Drying, Carpet Cleaning, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and Applied Microbial Remediation. Juan always takes his job to the next level and helps train others to do the same.

Brandon is one of our master Project Managers here at SERVPRO of Southeast Raleigh/Garner. He has almost 10 years of experience in the field of mitigation and restoration and holds the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Carpet Cleaning, Carpet Repair & Reinstallation, Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Odor Control, Health & Safety Equivalent, Journeyman Water Restorer and Master Water Restorer. Brandon is also OSHA certified for Occupational Safety and Health and certified in Lead Safety for Renovation, Repair and Painting. Brandon is a proud veteran of The United States Army and we thank him for his service! He is one of the most dedicated employees that we have. He has not missed a single day in about 7 years!

Ivana is our expert Contents Project Manager here at SERVPRO Southeast Raleigh/Garner. Her expertise is in COVID-19 cleanings, Fire & Smoke, and Contents. She has been with us for a long time and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Fire & Smoke, Water Damage Restoration, and Odor Control. She works hard to keep our customers and their businesses safe and taken care of.

Jason is a Reconstruction Estimator at SERVPRO of Southeast Raleigh/Garner. Jason is originally from New England. In his spare time, Jason spends time with his three children and riding his motorcycle.

Patrick is our dedicated, master Restoration Manager at SERVPRO of Southeast Raleigh/Garner. Patrick has extensive knowledge in designing, building and reconstruction in residential and commercial settings. Pat is also IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration and Carpet Repair & Installation. He spends a lot of time leading the team to excellence.
