They came out first thing Monday morning after my basement flooded on Sunday night during the heavy raiin inJuly. They removed carpet, cut out the sheetrock and used huge fans to dry everything. Michael and Jose were in charge of the restoration. They and their team did an excellent job and were great to work with. They repaired sheetrock, painted everything and installed a new floor. They were very responsive to any concerns I had. I am very pleased.

I had a wonderful experience with serv pro..all of the supervisors were helpful and available. The workers for contents and demolition were kind hard working people who were all sensitive to the loss I was experiencing. My overall experience was wonderful

I have the highest praise for the contents team led by Patricia Valenzuela. She was an excellent communicator, friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to organize, answer questions, and get the job done efficiently. The team of women she led worked well as a team. Patricia kept me informed as to their arrival every day and She frequently checked with me when needed about various items and did a thorough inventory. She worked with me to locate some valuable items to ensure reimbursement. She was great with our dog as well. We were grateful to have her and her team during a very difficult time.
