Jake is a Production Leader/Estimator. He has been with the company since 2013, making him our most experienced mitigation employee! Jake has several certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), including Water Damage Restoration, Odor Control, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and more.

Justin is a Production Technician and one of most senior field team members. With years of hands-on experience, he has responded to a wide range of restoration scenarios and consistently brings a calm, knowledgeable presence to the job. He holds a Water Damage Restoration certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and is always ready to step in wherever he’s needed.

Outside of work, Justin is an animal lover and enjoys caring for his saltwater fish tank. His attention to detail carries over into his hobbies, making him just as dedicated at home as he is on the job.

Wesley works as a supporting role in the office, helping with marketing, content creation, digital brand awareness, social media content, technical support, networking, asset management, vehicle maintenance management, purchasing, and production, when needed. Wesley enjoys helping others and finding new ways to connect with the community. When he isn't working or attending school, Wesley enjoys spending time with loved ones and exploring new opportunities to enjoy life.

Jeff is one of our most experienced technicians, with over a decade in the restoration industry. He specializes in large-scale disaster recovery and is often deployed to support major restoration efforts across the country. Jeff holds certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT) from the IICRC, and brings leadership, technical expertise, and steady professionalism to every job.

Outside of work, Jeff is a passionate foodie. From smoking meats to exploring global cuisine, he’s always experimenting with something new in the kitchen.

John is a Production Technician and a dependable part of our restoration team. He approaches each job with a strong work ethic and a willingness to do what it takes to support both the crew and the customer. Whether assisting with water, fire, or mold-related damage, John plays an important role in making sure each job is handled with care and professionalism.

Brennan serves as our Production Manager and plays a key role in overseeing day-to-day field operations. With a sharp eye for detail and a steady hand in fast-moving situations, he ensures that every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to SERVPRO standards. Brennan holds multiple certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), including Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), and Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS). He works closely with both technicians and customers to keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish.

Outside of work, Brennan is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time working on his vehicles and boats.

Jordan is a Production Technician who brings reliability and a strong team mindset to every job. He supports a wide range of restoration tasks, from water extraction and structural drying to fire and mold cleanup. With a commitment to doing things the right way, Jordan plays an important role in delivering the high level of service our customers expect.

Trent is a Production Technician known for his steady work ethic and focus on quality. He assists in all phases of the restoration process, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and with care. Whether it’s a water loss, fire cleanup, or mold remediation, Trent works hard to support the team and help customers get their property back to normal.

Mariela is one of our Contents Cleaning Specialists and plays a key role in restoring personal belongings affected by fire, water, and mold damage. With careful attention to detail, she helps ensure that valued items are cleaned, inventoried, and returned in the best condition possible. Her work often bridges the gap between damage and recovery, making a meaningful difference in the customer experience.

Amanda Cook is a Job File Coordinator and part of the office crew at SERVPRO of Washington. She helps keep job files organized, flowing smoothly, and on track throughout the restoration process. Amanda takes pride in her organizational skills and in helping support both the team and the customers we serve.

What Amanda enjoys most about her work is helping customers during their time of need and being part of a crew that feels like family. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, going for walks, taking golf cart rides with her dogs, and spending time around downtown Washington. Amanda is known around the office as being funny, caring, and a team player.
