I cannot recommend Servpro of East Raleigh, Zebulon and Knightdale enough. 5 stars for sure. William- the project manager, went above and beyond in every way! We needed the work done a specific week but due to delays from insurance and paperwork it looked impossible. Once William got involved, things fell into place as he worked very hard to line things up. The job was completed the dates we needed and the results were amazing. Their craftsmanship for the job was excellent resulting in a beautiful new bathroom and gorgeous refinished hardwood floors! Big thanks go to William , Ricardo and their team.

Very prompt, professional, and courteous! Robert, Johnathan, and Chris H were all super helpful and explained everything they were doing clearly. Dane helped us with scheduling the first crew to come out late on a Friday night to deal with the initial water damage before it got any worse. Would use again in a heartbeat! (but I hope I don't have to!)
Robert was very professional, he arrived onsite with Landon & Jason and they explained the process answered all my questions. They were on time both days they arrived. They seem very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. When they beginning their work they kept the area cleaned and before leaving each day they let me know the next steps. The second day I had a different team Al & Fernando they called me 25 mins before arriving to ensure it was a good time. They arrived on time and were just as professional ad the other team, they worked fast and effective once they finished their work they gave me the next steps and let me examine the area before leaving. This company definitely made this process as smooth as possible and I appreciate how effective and professional they were. Also when I first contacted the company the lady that answered was so nice and got a team on-site within 2 hours.
