What our
customers are saying
Without peer! Corey Hogg and his team responded quickly and professionally to a severe mold outbreak. His attention to detail is remarkable and is only exceeded by his winsome personality that brings customer service that is rarely seen in the service industry. His team is highly professional, well trained, and was genuinely concerned with our well being. Everything was explained thoroughly. Their friendship and courtesy is amazing. Their craftsmanship is exceptional and expedient. Corey Hogg called me personally several times to check on how things were going. This fine professional is a credit to ServPro. I would highly recommend this company, as customer service and skilled workmanship is a premium in their service to others. Patrick and Devon were also very helpful in advising us on the process and how to protect our valuables.
We had a big leak in our bathroom and servpro came right out and was able to get everything cleaned up and dry in just a few days. I highly recommend them. Thank you Jeremy, Mason, and Connor for all your hard work.
Tevin, Nick, Brooks, and Neil did a fantastic job at our home. Highly recommend this company!! Go Servpro!
ServPro of Jackson and Madison County helped me with a rental property in Northeast Jackson. Special Thanks to Kelly and David for their patience, professionalism, and the excellent job that the entire crew did. They worked around my tenant's schedule to get the job done. They promptly sent me pics of the work which was excellent. I'd certainly recommend ServPro of Jackson and Madison County for any future residential repair! Rod Nicholson
Had some blood damage during Blake came over and talked to me. They’re really good at their job and I Matter very professional.
We had several ServPro crews come to our house to help but Devin, Kevin and William were hands down the best. They arrived on time, very knowledgeable, had great communication, and answered all my questions. They didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them when I asked a million questions. They worked late on Friday and still had a great attitude when most might be aggravated that they were working so late on a Friday.
Cannot say enough good things about this ServPro's team and service. From the first phone call to ServPro until they finished, they did great work, were professional and kind, communicated well. I could go on and on. They were simply amazing. Highly recommend them!!!
Great company. We had a major leak from our AC unit in our attic that flooded into our bedroom. They were out after one phone call in under an hour and got right on it. Very professional and got it all dried out in under 2 days. Many thanks to Steven and Landon who were the service team.
Excellent company! Tevin and William arrived shortly after calling, and were very professional, knowledgeable, and worked quickly to assess water damage and set up equipment to dry. Would recommend 100%
