Dan and Aimee are the owners here at SERVPRO of St. Charles. Dan has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Applied Structural Drying, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Odor Control, and Trauma and Crime Scene. Aimee has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC):Fire and Smoke Restoration and Water Damage Restoration.

John serves as our Job File Coordinator. His professional achievements include being IICRC certified in water damage restoration and fire and smoke restoration. He has 14 years of industry related experience. In this industry he is passionate about helping customers when they have a fire or water disaster. He always embraces the opportunity to learn new skills. He enjoys spending time with family, going on tropical vacations, working in the yard during spring and summer, and watching/attending any St. Louis sporting events.

Jason serves as a Mitigation Project Manager. His goal is to guide and build the best mitigation crews in SERVPRO and assist with the most professional customer care service that SERVPRO can provide. His professional achievements include being IICRC certified, becoming a Master Water Restorer, and having 14 years of mitigation services from technician all the way up. In this industry he is passionate about helping customers, learning new processes, and training the production crew. He enjoys motocross and being a good husband and father.

Patrick serves as one of our Mitigation Project Managers. His professional achievements include being IICRC certified and helping hundreds of happy customers during his 10+ years in this industry. He is passionate about restoring homes and helping people. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, biking, and snowboarding.

Brian serves as our Commercial Sales & Marketing Manager. In his spare time Brian likes to spend time with his family, being outdoors, and being involved in his church. Brian is passionate about helping people. He enjoys knowing the specific details of how to get things done according to his certifications and experience. Brian's goal that he would like to achieve is to be known as a resource in the STL area to get help if you have a commercial loss.

Emily serves as a Reconstruction Project Manager for us. In her spare time she loves spending time with her two daughters and her grandchildren. She loves to watch her youngest play soccer! She is passionate to learn something new everyday amd helping people when they are in need. A professional goal Emily has is to grow within the company.

Mike serves as our Mitigation Project Manager. He has over 15 years of experience in the industry. He has achieved a Master Water Restorer achievement. In his spare time, Mike likes to play golf, go bike riding, coaching kids football, baseball, and basketball. Mike is passionate about treating each customer and each job independently and finding the best, fastest, and least intrusive way of mitigating. Professional goals that Mike would like to achieve is to become triple master certified through IICRC, continue to learn about new technologies to assist in this industry.

Dan serves as our Reconstruction General Foreman. He has over 15 years in the construction/remodeling business. Dan's favorite part about being a carpenter is trim carpentry. In his free time, Dan likes to go golfing, fishing and spending time with his Wife and kids! He is a St. Louis Blues fan! Dan's professional goal is to keep learning new things to help the company grow!

Dan serves as a Reconstruction Project Manager. Dan is a driven and fast-learning member of our reconstruction team, with hands-on experience managing projects from start to finish. He has quickly picked up key skills in the industry, including estimating through Docusketch, and continues to expand his knowledge every day. Dan is passionate about helping people feel proud of their homes again, Dan believes everyone deserves a space they love—especially after the disruption of unexpected damage. Outside of work, Dan performs stand up comedy and he loves it! He performs around the St. Louis area. His goal is to help grow the reconstruction department into one of the top-performing teams in the region.

Javier serves as our Mitigation Production Supervisor. Javier's professional achievements include: WRT Certified Technician, OSHA certified, and Scissor lift certified. In his spare time he enjoys playing soccer and basketball. Javier is most passionate about being able to help customers in their time of need. Javier's professional goals include becoming a project manage and obtaining more certifications.

Dominic serves as one of our Mitigation Project Managers. He is a certified Water Damage Restoration Technician. In Dominic's spare time he enjoys watching films and relaxing. He is passionate about delivering essential restoration services that customers genuinely need and value. He takes pride in helping client recover from challenging situations and restoring a sense of normalcy in their lives. Dominic's professional goals include continuing to develop my leadership and technical skills in restoration management. He aims to pursue advanced certifications, enhance team efficiency, and contribute to the growth and reputation of the company by consistently delivering high-quality service and exceeding client expectations.

Gabriel serves as one of our Mitigation Technician. In his spare time he enjoys playing soccer and talking with his family. He is passionate about being able to meet new people who are in need and learning new things from work daily. His professional goals include owning his own company.

Wilsson has 4 years of experience in the water restoration business. He is a certified Water Restoration Technician. In his spare time, Wilsson likes reading books and watching movies. Wilsson is passionate about serving people with honesty. In the future Wilsson would like to achieve other certifications.

Lilliana has 4 year of professional experience in the water restoration field. In her spare time Lilliana likes to read and listen to music. She likes being able to help people and doing the job with honesty and responsibility in this industry. In the future Lilliana would like to complete certifications in this field.

Freddy has one year of experience in this industry. In his spare time, Freddy likes playing soccer, traveling, and watching TV. Freddy is passionate about the way we do our best everyday to represent the SERVPRO name. Professional goals that Freddy would like to accomplish would be OSHA, Plumber and Electrician diplomas as well as gaining knowledge in the reconstruction field.

Tony serves as one of a Mitigation Crew Chief. Tony has his bachelor degree in social communication. Tony has 2 years of experience in this field. He enjoys to play soccer in his free time. He is most passionate about being able to help people in the industry. Tony would like to learn more about the SERVPRO industry.

Jodi serves as our bookkeeper and an office administrator. She has 16 years of experience. Jodi has previously had her WRT and FSRT certification through IICRC. In her spare time, Jodi likes to spend time with her family. Jodi's passion lies in the "service". Service to the customer and support and service to her teammates. Jodi's professional goals include, continuing to learn and taking on new challenges, and using her skills to make a lasting impact.

Jorge serves as one of our Mitigation Crew Chiefs. He has 8 years of experience in the mitigation field. Jorger is a certified water restoration technician. In his spare time Jorge likes to spend time with his family. He is most passionate about being able to help customers in times of need. In the future Jorge would like to achieve more certifications.

Walberto serves as one of our Mitigation Technicians. Walberto has 2 years of experience in this field. Walberto enjoys improving his english skills in his free time. In the future Walberto would like to be able to provide the best service possible for those in need. Walberto in passionate about being able to help people and working hard to restore their home after water damage.

Ashley serves as our receptionist. In her free time, Ashley enjoys playing with her son and watching TV shows. Ashley is passionate about being able to help customers in a time of stress and need and giving them peace of mind knowing that we will help. Ashley has over 10 years of frontend experience and this is her first time working with restoration.
