I received top-notch service to clean-up my basement area after a burst water line caused two inches of water in our entire fully-furnished basement. The three-man crew did an incredible job removing the damaged flooring, drywall, furniture, in addition to numerous personal items. They aggressively attacked the mold and mildew and used several methods to mitigate the issues. I do not know if I was just lucky to get their A-Team or not. Great group of people! Very honest about the damage I had and what they can do about it, very hard working as well! This is honestly the only professional/commercial cleaning company I will ever use again.
When I called, they were on site within hours and went straight to work. Their guys worked until around 10 PM that night to get it cleaned up and set up fans/dehumidifiers. They were responsive and easy to work with. This is the second time I've seen them in action, and they did the same great work both times.
William Sneed and Larry Robert's were great to work with. We had some flooding at my place of business and they were amazing at coming in quickly to get it cleaned up. They were thorough and very informative through the entire process. I would definitely be happy to work with them again any time in the future!
