Brian is the franchise Owner, Operator, and team leader who puts all the pieces together to ensure the franchise's success. He oversees ten SERVPRO locations and is dedicated to promoting quality customer service.

Michele is the COO for SERVPRO of Marshall & Sedalia.

As COO, she oversees the daily operations, ensuring that every aspect of the business runs smoothly while aligning with the company's overarching goals.

She maintains the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC):

• Water Removal Technician
• Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician

She is also HIPAA certified.

Daniel is the Operations Manager for SERVPRO of Marshall and Sedalia. He manages the day-to-day operations in regard to job status, production staff, vehicles and equipment. He implements and maintains quality assurance protocols to ensure client satisfaction.

Travis is the General Manager for SERVPRO of Marshall and Sedalia. He creates business plans and goals to ensure company success and client satisfaction. He also monitors various company divisions such as the production, office, and marketing staff to meet objectives and track revenue.

Virginia is the Inventory and Asset Manager at SERVPRO of Marshall and Sedalia. She is responsible for the management and implementation of SERVPRO policies and processes to control and maintain physical assets, including property, vehicles, equipment, and supplies.

Judy is an Estimator at SERVPRO of Marshall and Sedalia. She is responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to successfully obtain, bid and price mitigation projects. She ensures that an accurate scope of work is created while offering a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, and resource providers.

Sonya is a member of the Office Staff at SERVPRO of Marshall and Sedalia. She joined our team in October 2019 and has over ten years of experience in accounting and tax.

Ron is a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Marshall and Sedalia. He leads the production team and reviews all job site documentation to ensure the job was done efficiently and within compliance. He coordinates various jobs, resources, equipment and vehicles to ensure client satisfaction. Certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Restoration Technician, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Carpet Cleaning, Journeyman Textile Cleaner, Carpet Repair & Reinstallation, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Journeyman Water Restorer, and Mold. He has a certification through Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for Renovation, Repair, & Painting (RRP) Program for Lead Paint and through Interactive Occupational Training for Certified Mold Technician Level II Professional. Ron is also certified in Employee Certification Training Program for Crew Training and OSHA 10 Hazard Recognition for the General Industry.

Carla is a Contents Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Marshall and Sedalia. She leads our team in restoring and mitigating contents after damage occurs. She ensures established procedures are followed by demonstrating a high level of customer service.

Brian is a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Marshall and Sedalia. He leads the production team and reviews all job site documentation to ensure the job was done efficiently and within compliance. He coordinates various jobs, resources, equipment and vehicles to ensure client satisfaction.

Tylor is a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Marshall and Sedalia. He leads the production team and reviews all job site documentation to ensure the job was done efficiently and within compliance. He coordinates various jobs, resources, equipment and vehicles to ensure client satisfaction.

Brian is the Construction Superintendent for SERVPRO of Marshall and Sedalia. He leads our teams with reconstructing residential and commercial spaces after damage occurs. He'll help make it look "Like it never even happened."

Travis is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Marshall and Sedalia. He leads our crews to restore residential and commercial spaces after water or fire damage occurs. He ensures client satisfaction and is Here to help.

Kalie is a Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Marshall and Sedalia. She is responsible for maintaining job files from the start to finish of a mitigation or restoration job. She tracks estimates, job progression, billing, client communication and more.
