So I don't normally leave reviews, but I feel like I have to given the pandemic and the great job SERVPRO did with my mom's flooded basement. They were very professional, showed up on time and their project manager Mike was able to answer every question I had. Covid has made the prospect of people coming into my mom's home nerve-wracking, in addition to the stress that happens when your house floods. They all had masks and protective gear on and did an excellent job...seriously, it looks "Like it never even happened."
