Our basement flooded because of a landscaping mistake. Contacted SERVPRO of Clay County at 9:30 am and they arrived on site by 1. They were quick, efficient and consistently told me "just relax; we'll take care of you". Their sensitivity to the situation and the rapport they established from the first meeting is what made me feel comfortable and trust them. So I don't normally leave reviews, but I feel like I have to given the pandemic and the great job SERVPRO did with my mom's flooded basement. They were very professional, showed up on time and their project manager Mike was able to answer every question I had. Covid has made the prospect of people coming into my mom's home nerve-wracking, in addition to the stress that happens when your house floods. They all had masks and protective gear on and did an excellent job...seriously, it looks "Like it never even happened."

I called Chad on a Friday morning and he said he could come by the same afternoon! Wow that was unexpected. He evaluated the situation and promised to return Monday at 8:30. Monday Chad was at my house with the item to fix the problem and he did not leave until the drawer shut smoothly! I was in awe at his professionalism and his desire to make it perfect so I would never have the problem again!! I had no idea I received the best customer service I have seen in a long time! I discovered water in our finished lower level around 5:00pm one day. In a state of panic I made a phone call to SERVPRO hoping to get a live person on the phone. Not only did I speak with someone in charge but also got a professional over to my home within two hours. By 8:00pm the issue was diagnosed and fans were in place to begin the drying out process.
