SERVPRO of Liberty, Smithville and NE Clay County

AK, Michael R, and Marco did a great job helping us with our mold problem in our basement / guest bathroom. They were on time, communicated the steps they were taking, and were helpful with any questions we had. Would highly recommend for anyone having similar home problems!

We are from the Des Moines metro area and experienced flooding in our area over the 4th of July weekend. Our area was so inundated that our local ServPro teams called in reinforcements from other states. The guys that came today to start the process of drying our basement, Team Bates/Hogan, were awesome! They were friendly, professional and got to work immediately. If you live in the KC metro area, I would highly recommend Cito, Harwy, Nestor and Tomas!! Very good guys!!

Great group of guys that cleaned my basement after city sewer backed up

Insane turnaround time on a Sunday! Erik, Marcos and Albert were at our house in just a couple hours after we had our sewer back up in our basement. In just a few hours they had everything cleaned and the problem spots identified. Can’t thank them enough for the prompt response and hard work! Would highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Chris, Jesus, and Justin! They got to our issue very quickly. They were efficient, professional, and kept us informed throughout the whole experience!

Servpro team of Chris, Jesus, and Adomay were efficient, punctual, and polite throughout the whole mitigation process for a water leak in our lower level. Everyone from Servpro went out of their way to take care of the issue.

Mike Elkins, his team, did a wonderful job, as soon as he took over our big job, at our home. Mike, was always on top of everyone; making sure I was happy, & that the job was done correctly, efficiently, and thorough. He was always returning all of my calls/text messages within a short amount of time, and was never hesitate to answer any of my questions. I would recommend Mike, & his Team, to anyone, or for even ourselves, if we found ourselves needing these specific services. When something so traumatizing happens to you and your family, one of the best things to happen, is to have a good team ahead of you, to know how to handle such a traumatizing situation, and that's exactly what happened here! Thank you so much Mike for everything! 🙏

We had a considerable amount of water damage from a second floor washer. I called ServPro. From the beginning this team was top notch. Daniel, the project manager, was kind, understanding, professional, and knowledgeable. He walked through the damage with us and the process of drying the house thoroughly, and answered all our questions. He gave us good advice on the process from the beginning of our meeting until our last. AK was an excellent team leader. He was kind, pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. He worked with attention to detail and as quickly as was possible with the job, but was thorough. Eric and Branger were kind and pleasant. They also worked hard to help mitigate the damage. This whole team was a star team. Every one of the guys were respectful and empathetic. I hope I never have to call Serv Pro remediation again, but if I do, I certainly want this team on the job. I have complete confidence they did everything right and by the book, and they are a dream to work with. Thank you, guys!!!
