We are from the Des Moines metro area and experienced flooding in our area over the 4th of July weekend. Our area was so inundated that our local ServPro teams called in reinforcements from other states. The guys that came today to start the process of drying our basement, Team Bates/Hogan, were awesome! They were friendly, professional and got to work immediately. If you live in the KC metro area, I would highly recommend Cito, Harwy, Nestor and Tomas!! Very good guys!!

Insane turnaround time on a Sunday! Erik, Marcos and Albert were at our house in just a couple hours after we had our sewer back up in our basement. In just a few hours they had everything cleaned and the problem spots identified. Can’t thank them enough for the prompt response and hard work! Would highly recommend.

We had a considerable amount of water damage from a second floor washer. I called ServPro. From the beginning this team was top notch. Daniel, the project manager, was kind, understanding, professional, and knowledgeable. He walked through the damage with us and the process of drying the house thoroughly, and answered all our questions. He gave us good advice on the process from the beginning of our meeting until our last. AK was an excellent team leader. He was kind, pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. He worked with attention to detail and as quickly as was possible with the job, but was thorough. Eric and Branger were kind and pleasant. They also worked hard to help mitigate the damage. This whole team was a star team. Every one of the guys were respectful and empathetic. I hope I never have to call Serv Pro remediation again, but if I do, I certainly want this team on the job. I have complete confidence they did everything right and by the book, and they are a dream to work with. Thank you, guys!!!
