Why Choose SERVPRO for HVAC and Air Vent Service?

The SERVPRO® Duct Cleaning System is proven and cost-efficient. Unlike the majority of duct cleaning services, SERVPRO of Franklin County uses a portable ventilation and air duct cleaning system to examine ductwork and make a clean sweep, removing years of dust and grime.

  • The process begins by using patented equipment, including a roto-scraper, which automatically adapts to the duct’s shape and diameter while traveling through the duct, removing debris and filth before vacuuming begins.
  • Next, a powerful push-pull air delivery and collection system transfers the debris from the ducting to a 16-gallon container. n Air is filtered through a HEPA filtration system, removing 99.97 percent of the particles in the airstream. HEPA filters capture debris and keep the indoor environment clean. n As an optional process, a sealant or coating product may be sprayed to address odor or microbial concerns.
  • Filters will either be cleaned or replaced to remove odor and dirt.

In many cases, the HVAC system has been operating for some time without much attention. Dirty ducts can circulate odors, contaminants such as mold, and irritating dust throughout your building or home. We recommend getting your air ducts cleaned every three to five years, but more often may be needed if you have pets, young children, elderly, or if you have allergies. Things You Should Know about HVAC & Air Duct Cleaning

First, system access to the duct interiors should be made through existing openings. This could be via:

  • Return grills.
  • Duct end caps.
  • Existing service openings.

Your SERVPRO technician will often begin by breaking contaminants loose from your system, either by hand or using a vacuum, to agitate dirt and dust. This is a basic, but important step in the HVAC cleaning process.

SERVPRO uses a variety of tools and equipment. It might be mounted on a truck, or they may use portable vacuums. Chemicals may also be used to help sanitize, disinfect, and deodorize air ducts.

Tristan and Zack came by and serviced my home this morning. Both individuals were very personable, provided thorough information to the procedures that they were conducting, and were very respectful of myself and the belongings I had in the area that needed to be moved. Service was professional and done in a timely manner. Couldn't be happier with the service I received today by these two.

On March 5, 2026, Danny and Justine arrived at my home to clean my ductwork. I could not have asked for more professional team to come and clean the ductwork. When they arrived they were courteous and both introduce himself to me. If you know me, you know a handshake goes a long way both extended a hand and shook my Hand. They explained every process as they were going through it once they were done they cleaned and vacuumed the area in which they were working in and left better than it was when they arrived. Also, I want to make a comment about the staff who answered the phone on the day. I set up my appointment. A young lady by the name of Anita talked to me she went above and beyond and helping me get things set up and what I needed to know about their service. In closing, I would recommendm Servpro of Franklin County Missouri for any of your needs. Again, thank you too Anita, Danny and Justine for doing such a good job. Kenneth Hotsenpiller

We are very pleased with the service that Tristan and Danny gave us today. They moved a washer and dryer, cleaned it, and installed it in our rental. They were very professional, friendly, and went above and beyond what their jobs required. If all servpro employees were as accommodating as these 2 gentlemen, there would be no complaints or negative reviews.
