I contacted Servpro regarding mold that was discovered in a basement bedroom. They were not the first company I called but they were able to schedule an inspection & estimate the same week (while other companies were booking out several weeks). Roni Adams of ServPro was out to our home on July 31, 2024, to check out the water damage cause by a dishwasher hose failure. SERVPRO responded to our call for help immediately. Austin Plaster was the lead of the crew that came out, and went right to work getting our basement back to the the way it was! Austin’s fast response saved us from having to file a claim with insurance, and minimizing the work that needed to be done. Hopefully we will never need their service again, but if needed we will be calling SERVPRO for sure. We highly recommend their service.
