Albert, our Reconstruction Project Superintendent, is responsible for the day-to-day management of reconstruction projects. With a sparkling smile, Albert delivers high quality service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and company employees involved in performing our reconstruction services.

Jeff is the Reconstruction Operations Manager with SERVPRO and is responsible for a wide range of functions necessary to successfully manage the reconstruction division. He is responsible for setting budgets, managing daily operations, and identifying areas of improvement while ensuring a high quality of services in all dealings with customers.

Aimee is a customer-focused VP of Business Development with five years of helping build strong client relationships and driving business growth. Known for her inspiring attitude and commitment to excellence, she enjoys working alongside great people and creating meaningful connections. A self-proclaimed foodie with a passion for travel, Aimee dreams of exploring Italy and never says no to a chicken burrito smothered in green chile after a long day.

Cheri Holmes, our Estimator, is responsible for managing a wide variety of functions necessary to successfully obtain, bid, and price reconstruction projects. Cheri has a superb customer service track record, she delivers consistent and well-defined estimates to clients, and properly analyzes labor, material, and time requirements for a project. We're happy to have her top of the line knowledge on our reconstruction team!

As a production technician, Mikkel performs various production processes to fulfill the service needs of individual restoration projects within the realms of water, fire, and mold damage. He has completed an intense Water Restoration Technician Course through the IICRC and is knowledgeable surrounding the topic of water damage and restoration.

As a Job File Coordinator, Brittany spends her time answering customer calls to the office as well as monitoring, tracking, coordinating, and auditing jobs. In addition, she performs general office duties such as crafting correspondence with customers (you!) and filing reports. Britt adds spunk and sass to the office atmosphere and keeps all of our technicians on their toes!

Ben, a Job File Coordinator, performs all office tasks related to customer calls, job management and tracking, scheduling of jobs, and customer satisfaction activities. He has done a wonderful job organizing our office so that everyone can easily find what they're looking for!

Kamonty provides quality, consistent, and efficient work as one of our newest Production Technicians. He fulfills the service needs of individual restoration projects whether it is water damage cleanup, a biohazard incident, or severe fire damage.

Tucker is a Project Manager and Estimator at SERVPRO of Minnetonka. Tucker's strong drive and attention to detail makes him a valued team member. He has completed rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training that teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques.

Stacie is the lead fire and smoke technician for SERVPRO of Minnetonka. She has been working with us for over five years and is certified by the IICRC in Smoke and Fire Remediation. Our customers are consistently amazed by how she is able to restore items in their homes that they thought were lost. Her attention to detail is unsurpassed!

Carlos is a WRT Certified technician. During his time with SERVPRO, he has worked on jobs ranging from a flooded basement in Edina to a large school fire in Minneapolis. Customers always comment on Carlos’ friendly demeanor and attention to detail. Carlos lives with his wife in Crystal, Minnesota

Faleasha has been with SERVPRO for over 3 years and works in our fire cleaning department. She has experience with pretty much any kind of house fire and works very closely with homeowners during the clean up process. Faleasha lives in Coon Rapids, MN

Ryan, our Business Development Manager, has over eight years experience in the restoration and cleaning industries in both operations and business development.

In this role he works directly with insurance agents and homeowners, assisting them through the process of restoring properties that have been damaged by water and soot.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of North Dakota and enjoys fishing, biking, grilling out, and spending time with his family.

Joe has over 23 years experience in the restoration industry. He has deep experience in handling large loss fire and water restoration projects and takes a personal interest in always ensuring the job is done correctly. He has his Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Applied Structural Drying, and Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Certifications from the IICRC.

Jesse is a Production Manager at our four SERVPRO franchises.

He has been working in the restoration industry for over 12 years with expertise in water, sewer, mold, odor, carpet cleaning and fire restoration. He's seen it all during his career and around here we like to say that he's forgotten more about restoration than most people will ever know!

Jesse is certified in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).

Joe is a dependable Warehouse Manager with 11 years of experience keeping operations running smoothly. Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure, he is the backbone of the warehouse, ensuring every tool, piece of equipment, and crew has exactly what they need to succeed. Joe enjoys the variety each day brings, from organizing inventory to taking on new projects, and takes pride in keeping everything efficient and ready for action.

Jordan is our Production Manager and helps out our crew chiefs on all our jobs. Whether it is noon on Tuesday or the middle of the night on a weekend he is always ready when the phone rings and there is a customer that needs our help!

Adam is a results-driven Senior Project Manager based in Alaska. A construction mastermind with a client-first mindset, he enjoys leading teams, tackling new challenges every day, and doing whatever it takes to deliver successful projects.

Luis Briones is a dedicated Mitigation Technician who has been with SERVPRO for 8 months. He takes pride in delivering quality work, leaving every space clean, organized, and ready for customers. Known for his strong work ethic and attention to detail, Luis enjoys seeing the positive results of his efforts and contributing to customer satisfaction. When he's off the clock, he'd love to travel to Los Cabos, Mexico, and unwind with a great seafood meal after a hard day's work.
