We were on a time crunch for water mitigation and when we didn't know what to do we called the only person we could think of to get advice. Well, we got more than advice. Within an hour SERVPRO equipped us with fans, dehumidifiers, and heaters to dry out our sheeting for spray foam for our new build. Who would have thought that this was yet another service they could provide. We are forever thankful for the quick response, dedication, and incredible customer service we received.
SERVPRO did mitigation at our house to remove moisture after a tree fell through our roof during a storm. Demetrius came out first to look at the damage. Then he put an estimate together, and we submitted it to our insurance company. When approved, Demetrius schedule the mitigation immediately and they got right to it a couple of days later. Demetrius is very nice and very professional. Actually, the whole crew that came out was also the same. We are very happy with the results.

We had unexpected flooding from our second floor that ran to our basement. It affected all three levels of our home . They arrived within a few hours of being called and were already addressing the issue. The team had a plan in place and put my mind at ease letting me know they would take care of it . They kept me in the loop every step of the way and were out to the home every day . We have are also a family of pet lovers and they were respectful of our animals and took the time for them to get to know , so our animals were not stressed when the team was in and out of the home working . They are very professional, courteous, kind , understanding and caring. I can honestly say without the team I had I don’t know how our family would have gotten through this first step of getting our home back together!!!
