They came in that night and extricated the water and then had four days of demo. I can't recommend this ServPro location enough! They provided clean up service after a sprinkler head blew at my business, causing a major flood. Besides the actual flood itself (which was obviously not their fault) I had a great experience working with them! Dave responded quickly and came out within a few hours to do a preliminary inspection, and had Jenna, Josue, Erick and Javier on site and starting clean up efforts the same day. They had excellent communication the entire time, frequently providing updates and suggestions for clean up. I generally hope to never need their services again, but if I did, without question I would reach out to them so I know it's taken care of quickly, professionally and with great care! :)
