I wanted to share my experience with the team that came to my home after a sewer back up. Unlike my insurance company that took over a week to send out an assessor, servepro and specifically James and his team that came immediately to take photos and asses the damage. They were all very professional, kind, clean , on time, thorough and did a fantastic job removing what was damaged by the flood. They left the damaged rooms clean and were careful not to damage anything with a very small work space due to all of the content needing to be removed and placed in the center of the room. I would recommend this team to anyone who has an emergency and needs an honest, hardworking , professional team that walks you through everything and delivers. Thank you to all of the guys that came to the house.

SERVPRO of Downtown St. Paul is your local go-to Cleaning, Restoration and Construction company. Independently owned by Trevor Rossum, we are committed to being a reliable and skilled partner to help family and businesses in the community recover.

Before becoming a business owner, Trevor sold healthcare software. He learned about SERVPRO at a tradeshow as a vendor. While at the tradeshow, he knew he wanted to become involved with the restoration industry and decided to shift his focus to owning a business and helping people in times of need. When Trevor is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, attending his two kids' sporting events, and golfing!
