Meet our owner, Shaun Hickman. Shaun has a solid 20+ years in the restoration field. He has obtained certifications in Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structure Drying (ASD), Lead Renovator and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT.) When our owner is not in the field you can find him hunting and hanging out with family and friends. Like most Minnesotans in the winter, you would find him rippin’ around on snowmobiles.

Brandon is the Commercial Large Loss Project Manager at SERVPRO Team Hickman, where he oversees large-scale restoration projects for commercial properties. Bo is the Marketing Manager at SERVPRO Team Hickman, overseeing marketing efforts across all eight franchise territories. With a creative mindset and strategic vision, he leads initiatives that build brand awareness, strengthen community partnerships, and drive business growth. Bo plays a key role in ensuring SERVPRO’s message of fast, reliable service reaches the right audiences throughout the region.

Laura is the Human Resources Manager at SERVPRO Team Hickman. She handles hiring, training, and supports the team with anything HR-related.
