About Our Owner
Shaun Hickman, a lifelong Minnesotan, resides in Wright County with his wife, Valerie, and their three children, two of whom are currently employed by SERVPRO of Downtown and Minneapolis NW. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from St. Cloud State University, Shaun is deeply rooted in the restoration industry, boasting over 20 years of experience. He is certified in Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structure Drying (ASD), Lead Renovator, and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT). When not working, Shaun enjoys hunting and spending time with his family and friends, often partaking in winter activities like snowmobiling. Shaun's extensive background in the field underscores his commitment to excellence and punctuality, aligning with our motto of "Creating Happy Customers."

The Hickman team was called down to help the central Iowa area to help after a big storm. They were extremely accommodating helpful and friendly. It obviously be a frustrating situation for my household they were easily a bright spot. From getting ahold of them at almost any time, to scheduling. All of them were tactful in answering questions and giving recommendations. I needed to rent equipment from them. It was easy, extremely helpful, and swift. I thought it’d be days but it was only one. They were not trying to extend the rental. I told them what I wanted and they made sure everything I wanted dry was dry. I would recommend them to anybody.
Did a great job. Quick and friendly. Respectful of property
The team did a great job on short notice after a major flood happened in the area. So many houses were affected and they made it out to ours in less than a week. They got everything out of the basement, mopped, and sanitized very quickly and were careful with all our things we wanted to keep. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!
Helped me out greatly with drain pipes that leaked into my basement. Highly recommend!
