I simply could not have been more pleased with the communication and service of the Servpro of Downtown Minneapolis. I made a phone call to Servpro, the young lady who answered the phone who was pleasant and listened to enough information from me about the issue my sister and nephews had at their home, (mold or not). She led me to their project manager Dominic, (a class number one) I explained the issue to him. He went into the depth of the service they provide and what the cost could be high end and low end. I made an appointment for him to go to the location and look at where this could go. It turns out that the issue was not near what we thought it could be. Which was great news to us. I offered to pay him for his services to our care. He said, “there are no charges for the site visit, we didn’t have to remedy any issues”, WOW. This is a great place to do business with.
