Michael, Claudia, CITOS, and Alexander were an exceptionally professional team. They did a fantastic job for us keeping our costs as low as possible and minimizing the impact on our home. It made our power outage and sump pump flooding as tolerable as possible. They took great care with all of our contents and made sure we were constantly updated. I highly recommend their services.

I simply could not have been more pleased with the communication and service of the Servpro of Downtown Minneapolis. I made a phone call to Servpro, the young lady who answered the phone who was pleasant and listened to enough information from me about the issue my sister and nephews had at their home, (mold or not). She led me to their project manager Dominic, (a class number one) I explained the issue to him. He went into the depth of the service they provide and what the cost could be high end and low end. I made an appointment for him to go to the location and look at where this could go. It turns out that the issue was not near what we thought it could be. Which was great news to us. I offered to pay him for his services to our care. He said, “there are no charges for the site visit, we didn’t have to remedy any issues”, WOW. This is a great place to do business with. From the first phone call to the answer of the issue was less than 4 days. He has a loyal customer in our family. Thank you, Dominic and your group! Randy

Isaac, Ben, Henry, Tomas, and Stephen were a great crew. They kept us in formed of what was going with all the jobs they had. The crew was nice and kind during a rough time after our basement sustained water damage. Our initial contact was great on giving us the details of what was going to happen and quickly getting us and estimate so we could get going. They came from out of town after storms in our area. Wish they were local.
