Isaac, Mike and Alexis were wonderful! They were professional and respectful of my mother's home. Our quote for water cleanup, carpet removal and restoration came very quickly and the team arrived within hours. It is such a relief to have this awful basement flood cleaned up! They explained everything thoroughly and kept us updated as they worked and were very kind . From my first call to Hal, who came out the same day, to Isaac's team - absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend them!

SERVPRO of Bloomington/Richfield is your local go-to Cleaning, Restoration and Construction company. Independently owned by Trevor Rossum, we are committed to being a reliable and skilled partner to help family and businesses in the community recover.

Before becoming a business owner, Trevor sold healthcare software. He learned about SERVPRO at a tradeshow as a vendor. While at the tradeshow, he knew he wanted to become involved with the restoration industry and decided to shift his focus to owning a business and helping people in times of need. When Trevor is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, attending his two kids' sporting events, and golfing!
