Gene has been the owner of SERVPRO of Aitkin, Carlton and West St Louis Counties for 9 years. He is a disabled veteran. His favorite part of the work he does is understanding a home from the very beginning to the very end. Knowing how it was built, to best help the remediation/repair. He is certified as a building contractor and in bio-hazard, radon, subrogation, mold remediation & testing, lead renovation, Master IICRC water damage, advanced drying, applied anti-microbial, carpet, textiles, fire & smoke restoration and electronic technologies.

Introducing Heather, our devoted General Manager originating from Grand Rapids. Heather's dedication goes beyond assisting customers in crisis; she's equally focused on supporting her team. Beyond the office, Heather delights in cheering for her sons at sports events, immersing herself in the outdoors with her dogs, and tending to beautiful gardens.

Duane is an accomplished Project Manager at our SERVPRO office in Grand Rapids, assisting operations in Aitkin, Cloquet, Hermantown, Virginia, and the surrounding areas. With over six years of experience in the restoration industry, Duane possesses extensive expertise in water damage restoration, fire damage repair, mold remediation, and biohazard cleanup. Known for his calm and composed demeanor, he is dedicated to guiding clients through every type of disaster with professionalism and care, ensuring effective solutions and exceptional service.

Outside of his professional role, Duane enjoys spending quality time with his family, watching sports, and fishing the local lakes near Grand Rapids.

Ransom serves as a dedicated Project Manager at our SERVPRO office in Grand Rapids, overseeing operations in Aitkin, Cloquet, Hermantown, Virginia, and surrounding communities. With a strong foundation in hard work, commitment, and a results-driven mindset, Ransom excels in guiding customers through their restoration needs with professionalism and care. His ability to manage projects efficiently and support both clients and team members has made him an invaluable asset to our organization.
