I really can't say enough good things about the team here. We had a water pipe burst in our basement. I called after hours and Lacey the PM called me back within 5 minutes. I asked if they could come out the next morning. They said they would be there at 8:30AM and at 8:29AM they pulled into the driveway. 4 hours later the damage was cleaned up. They were on time to the minute in their scheduling and their communication was excellent every step of the way. When you call, a person actually answers the phone which is unheard of nowadays.

Heath is the guy to lead your projects! He was very friendly yet professional. His communication skills are excellent. Excellent service and communication. Came home from work one night to a flooded house. I called my insurance company who immediately contacted Serv Pro and although it was later in the evening, Lacey with Serv Pro called me within minutes. She and a crew were out to my house first thing the next morning. They worked diligently, patiently answered my questions, and did a fantastic and thorough job. Some aspects of the clean up were pretty disgusting, but they were friendly and cheerful every step of the way. Lacey, Steven and Derek were wonderful and I credit them with turning around one of the biggest disasters of my life.
Heath, our reconstruction manager was amazing. He was available for calls or texting (even though I was not physically able to be in Battlecreek). He shared photos, asked me great questions, checked on the quality with me. Overall, just an amazing guy.
