Servpro was a great company to work with. They done a super job in removing the mold, the reconstruction of our family room and agreeing on what was needed to complete the room.

Called Serve Pro to see if they would clean out a cement water cistern. While Brayton was upfront and told me that their crews have never performed such a service, he was confident they could do it in a safe, professional, and satisfactorily manner. Crew Members Zach and Hunter were tasked with the project. They too were upfront and stated that they have never cleaned a cistern before but we’re confident they could. After seeing the scope of the project, they went to work in the underground cement cistern which was 14’X9’ x6.5’ high. The access to the entry vault was challenging to say the least (crawl space)This cistern which caught rain water off the roof of the house Built in 1968 had never been cleaned out before. There was an accumulation of leaves, debris, and asphalt shingle stones on the bottom of the tank, and walls of the tank were black. They shoveled and bagged the debris. They then power washed the interior and used an industrial vacuum to suck out the water and debris. They manually scrubbed the interior of the cistern and power washed many times until they were satisfied with the results. Zach and Hunter were hard workers who had obvious great work ethics. While they did run into some mechanical issues with the industrial vacuum which caused the project to extend into a second day, they did not sit around at all. They were busy and focused the whole time. In the end they sprayed an anti fungi agent in the interior of the tank. They exceeded my expectations of the project. I can’t say enough about the service they provided!! New gutter leaf guards were then installed by the homeowner so this service will likely not be needed in the future but if it is needed, I will be contacting them again. I was impressed with the overall professionalism, confidence, honesty, and politeness of the work crew Zach and Hunter, the project manager Matt, the estimator Brayton, and the office contact Krystin. I would HIGHLY recommend giving this company and its employees an opportunity to provide any services that you may need. I doubt if you would be disappointed.

After having the nightmare of a pipe bursting at our home, SERVPRO was very professional and caring to get us back to making our house feel like a home again! They were very attentive, easy to work with and their quality of work was an A+!
