Bert, Jay, Bryan, Dylan, Brandon, Lincon, and Chris from SERVPRO of East Lansing were great! I wasn’t able to be home every day while they were working, so there were times I had to leave my home unattended with them. I felt completely comfortable doing so because they were trustworthy, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process. They were always polite, listened to my concerns, and addressed any questions or concerns I had. They treated my home with respect, and I really appreciated the professionalism and care they showed from start to finish. A big thank you to Bert, Jay, Bryan, Dylan, Brandon, Lincon, and Chris for making a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I would definitely recommend the SERVPRO of East Lansing team!

In April, we had a lot of water all across the basement, ServPro, specifically Bryan was fantastic. He was extremely communicative during the cleaning process and taking every measure to make sure water was removed from the basement.
