In April, we had a lot of water all across the basement, ServPro, specifically Bryan was fantastic. He was extremely communicative during the cleaning process and taking every measure to make sure water was removed from the basement.
This whole team was great! Communication was excellent and professional. Thames, Brannon, Calvin, Chris and Chelsea -top notch!
I met Cole today (6/26/26). He is Gaige's brother. He is just as awesome as his brother! I can't say enough good things about this team of professionals! Thank you again, for being the BEST! Chris was excellent and friendly. Was had a pipe burst and it was a commercial building he responded right away and send out a crew within an hour. Highly recommend Serve Pro of East Lansing.
