I was very blessed to know that there is a company out there that can clean up a drain backup in the middle of the night. The fact that they came in the middle of the night to clean my basement is why I used SERVPRO of Cass & St. Joseph Counties.

I did't know who to call or what to do when our basement flooded. Our sump pump went out because of the storm that came through on a Saturday afternoon! I was so happy that SERVPRO was so close and able to come out on a Saturday to extract the water and dry out the basement!
