We experienced a flood event in our kitchen. Our homeowner's insurance company recommended Servpro in Three Rivers. They were extremely professional in helping us to assess the damage, remove all the damaged materials and dry our floor. Shane and Anthony were at our home several times. Shane was very good about communicating with us about the process and when they'd be back. Shane always followed through and did exactly what he said they would do. Anthony was very friendly and hard-working. They were always very pleasant to work with, and we highly recommend them.

Max Blodgett of ServPro Cass & St Joe Counties of SW Michigan is beyond a fantastic asset to the company! He is so committed to his job, he is polite, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, super trustworthy and reliable! When Max says he’s gonna be there on time, he shows up 15 minutes early and does it with a smile on his face! I had to go out of town for Father’s Day weekend and without knowing I had cameras I trusted him with the garage and house alarms to come and go as he pleased and he just came; did his job and left just as he should have! Very pleasant to work with, him and his field supervisor Charles, I believe his name was! I HIGHLY recommend using them for you emergency needs! HIGHLY! My crew was Amy, Max, Dan and Chris. I was devastated by a tornado and the crew came over right away and emptied my apartment belonging into their large truck. Carl (the boss) was great.
