Chris Spensley
Chris has been with our company since it first opened and is one of the owners. He is a Master Certified Water and Fire Damage Restorer, an NREP Certified Industrial Hygiene Professional, and also an IICRC instructor in the topics of Water, Fire, Odor and Trauma Scene Restoration. He enjoys spending time with his wife Leah and their two boys Caden and Cameron.

Chad Spensley
Chad Spensley is an owner who grew up around the restoration industry and has been with SERVPRO since 2007. He attended Central Michigan University for his Undergraduate Degree and Truman State University for his Masters Degree, accumulating an overall 3.8 GPA. Chad originally started his professional career as a Speech-Language Pathologist but joined our family business full time. He maintains his Speech Language/Pathology license and still finds time to work with children and adults with speech and language needs. Chad is a member of The Rotary Club of Livingston Sunrise. In his free time, he is an avid golfer and enjoys working on his home.

Mike is our Operations Manager and is IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration. He serves on the Lakes Area Youth Assistance Board for the Walled Lake consolidated school district. Mike enjoys spending time with family, golfing, coaching hockey and cooking. Fun fact - he used to run his own meal prep company!

Craig is our Construction Division Director. He has 20 years experience in the construction industry, specializing in home construction. Craig prides himself on his customer service and satisfaction throughout all projects, and his passion to help customers rebuild their lives after devastating circumstances. A little known fact on Craig is that back in 1999, he was one of the back up dancer's in Madonna's global hit "Beautiful Stranger." When watching the music video, he's 2nd from the right during the main chorus. Way to go Craig!

Dave is a Project Manager in our Construction Department. He has 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He prides himself on his customer service and satisfaction throughout all projects and his passion to help customers rebuild their lives after devastating circumstances. Dave is an avid knitter and has made some beautiful quilts throughout his adulthood. His attention to detail with fabric has transferred into his ability to help owners through the rebuild process.

Don is a Project Manager in our Construction Department. He has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Outside of work, Don a proud U of M fan and enjoys hunting and fishing. In addition, he is a Veteran of the US Marine Corps. In his free time, he enjoys attending weekend cooking and baking classes. He's even won several awards from local events!
Stephanie Brown
Stephanie Brown is a Project Manager in our Construction Department. She has been in plumbing and construction for over 16 years and loves what she does; helping customers rebuild after a loss is near and dear to her heart. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys yoga, walking, and spending time with my family.
Shelby Bigelow
Shelby Bigelow is a Project Manager in our Construction Department. She has a strong background in residential construction supported by an associate’s degree in construction management. She brings a proactive, solutions focused approach and plays a key role in keeping projects organized and running efficiently from start to finish. Outside of work Shelby enjoys spending time with her son, horseback riding, being outdoors and laughing with friends and family.
Chris Bufkin
Chris Bufkin is a Project Manager in our Construction Department. He has 25 years in reconstruction and mitigation in Florida, Indiana and Michigan, specializing in kitchens and bathrooms. In his spare time, he is a Varsity basketball coach for an Ann Arbor High School. Fun fact- he has had several players in the NBA that he coached!

Jennifer Keihl
Jennifer is a Mitigation Specialist and has been with SERVPRO since 2019. She is great at working with customers and their insurance company to get the job done. She has the Water Damage Restoration certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Jennifer spends her time with her husbands and two kids. Her hobbies include crafting, gardening, crochet, and butchering pigs. Every year she participates in the Greased Pig Competition at the local fair and loves mud wrestling.

Breann Graca
Breann is a Mitigation Specialist, Notary, and the Accounts Receivable Processor at SERVPRO. She came to us with years of experience in the restoration industry and has been a great addition to our team! Interesting fact about Breann is that she has a degree in interior design. She loves to spend her time with her great Dane, niece and nephew. Breann also loves giving back to her community and volunteers for numerous events every year. Every birthday and holiday we count on her to bring in delicious baked goods!
Amanda Sinift
Amanda Sinift is a Mitigation Specialist and has been with us since 2024. She is IICRC Certified and enjoys working in a customer focused position. Phones ringing and people asking questions is what she thrives off! In her personal time Amanda is a family-oriented mother of 3 who enjoys traveling around Michigan with her youngest son, hiking, and photography. Fun fact- she can identify more than 100 types of birds!
Jenifer Pelham
Jenifer is the Accountant and Bookkeeper at SERVPRO of Brighton/Howell, Highland/White Lake Commerce North, Novi/Commerce South and Bloomfield. She has been with the company since 2016 and has been a great addition since! Outside of the office Jenifer enjoys her motorcycle and camping.

Kennedy
Kennedy...aka "Kenny" has been one of the SERVPRO office mascots since we rescued him in 2013. His birthday was on Thanksgiving day of 2012. Kenny brings joy to the office and really helps everyone relax during heavy workload times. Its amazing what dogs can do to an office atmosphere. His favorite day of the week is Friday because all of our subcontractors come then to pick up their checks. Kenny loves his lunchtime walk, eating, children, destroying expensive dog toys and going on the lake.
Kennedy, the goodest of good boys, went to doggy heaven in December 2025. He is greatly missed every single day.
Howie
Howie, aka "Howard", is another office mascot. A Native of Northern Michigan, Howie enjoys fishing, boating and laying in the sun. A quick tid bit on Howie is that he is a distant relative of Lassie and never shys away from danger.

Lilly is our SERVPRO office princess, ready for fun and belly rubs at any moment. She enjoys spending her days with the office ladies, Michigan summers and spending time on the Florida beach during the winter. Anything she wants, she gets (the life of a Shih-tzu).
Jennifer Kennedy
Jennifer has been our Sales and Marketing Manager since 2024. Originally from Nevada, she relocated to Michigan and has been serving the community as a realtor since 2015. She is passionate about building strong relationships and staying actively involved in the local community. Olga Long
Olga Long is our Senior Business Developer of Commercial Large Loss Services and IICRC Certified. Olga resides in Brighton with her husband Ron. They have a family of 5: four sons and one daughter plus four grandchildren. Olga attended Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids. She has 35 years of experience in the financial service industry and was the Senior Vice President for a credit union. She possesses significant business development, community engagement, client sales & service, marketing, operations, revenue generation and strategic planning experience. Her pastimes include mentoring professionals, swimming, boating, golfing, vacationing, dancing, attending concerts, and spending time with friends & family. Fun fact: She is a Los Angeles, CA native and loves music!

Joe Stanley
Joe is a Restoration Supervisor. He is IICRC Certified in Water, Fire/Smoke Damage and Odor Control. He is a hard worker that enjoys being able to meet and help new people every day. In his spare time he enjoys going to the driving range, playing video games, and working whenever he gets the chance. Joe's fun fact is his first job was on a farm!
Robert Duquette
Robert Duquette is a Restoration Technician. He has been with us since 2023 and is IICRC Certified. He enjoys going to the driving range, drinking long island iced teas, and planning team get togethers. Robert's nickname is "Amazon" because he used to deliver packages to our building before joining the team!

Jacob Brown, also known as JB, is a Restoration Supervisor and IICRC Certified in Water, Fire/Smoke Damage and Odor Control. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. Some of his favorite things to do are cooking mac n’ cheese for his daughter, meditating, and driving with all his windows down.
Jarryd Thomas
Jarryd is a Restoration Supervisor and IICRC Certified. He enjoys meeting new customers and helping them through a rough time. Jarryd is an avid fisherman and hunter, who enjoys sitting around bonfires with his kids and grandkids. He also enjoys dancing in free time; a true child from the 80's, he once won a dance competition at his high school talent show to Thriller!

Tyler Evans
Tyler is a Restoration Supervisor and looks forward to growing his career here at SERVPRO. He is IICRC Certified and strives to learn 1 new thing every day. Over the last 20 years, he has been working with computers as a hobby (thanks to his Dad and Steve Jobs!) Tyler also enjoys editing video games, hiking, singing, and spending time with his two orange cats. He previously auditioned for American Idol but didn't make the final cut.
Nate Line
Nate Line is a Restoration Supervisor and IICRC Certified. He has worked hard to get promoted to Supervisor from Technician and always puts customers first. He loves driving around in his Dodge Charger and listening to music. His Husky/German Shepherd recently had EIGHT babies! He was born with one lung not fully developed but it doesn't slow him down in any way!
Lucas Miller
Lucas is a Restoration Technician and IICRC Certified. He is one of our youngest employees, but one of our hardest workers. He is always willing to volunteer and help his teammates, zero questions asked. Before coming to SERVPRO, he volunteered at the local fire department! When he is not working, Lucas enjoys longboarding, snowboarding, playing the drums, and studying martial arts (Black Belt!) He also has a dog and a gecko he trains for birthday party performances!
Denis Jenkins
Denis Jenkins is a Restoration Technician and IICRC Certified. His positive attitude and eagerness to learn has been a great addition to our team. He is currently training to be a Supervisor. Before coming to SERVPRO, he worked for his family business since high school (cars and motorcycles!) In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and being with family. He makes delicious venison jerky!
Jill Killinger
Jill Killinger is a Restoration Technician and IICRC Certified. She grew up in Lake Fenton and has a background in construction, remodeling and painting. She also does murals on walls and charcoal painting. She has a 22 year old son who grew up in Brighton. She once had a pet goat named Norman Eugene or “Normy” for short.
Jacob Richardson
Jacob Richardson, known as JR, is a Restoration Technician and IICRC Certified. He came to use with prior experience in restoration and demo and continues to grow as much as possible in the field. He likes to go camping whenever he can and loves to fish. His biggest catch so far was a 35 inch trout, WOW!
Erin Jones
Erin Jones is one of our newest Restoration Technicians but don't let that fool you. She came with years of experience and knowledge, fitting right into the daily grind here at SERVPRO. Erin is IICRC Certified and looks forward to continuing to learn more every day. Her favorite thing to learn about is MOLD! She enjoys traveling, camping, kayaking, and hiking with her rescue dog Birch. Every spring they forage for mushrooms all over Michigan then sell them at the farmers market.
Matt Reif
Matt, an AVID lover of Shih-Tzu's, is a Restoration Technician and IICRC Certified. Matt used to work with a supply company but wanted a more customer-focused position, so he came to SERVPRO! Originally from Redford, he loves going to Florida with his family as much as possible. On the weekends he plays billiards and goes to the driving range. Matt's ultimately hopes to attend the American Poolplayers Association (APA) amateur championships in Las Vegas!

Nathan Reif
Nathan Reif joined our team shortly after his Dad, Matt Reif. He is a Restoration Supervisor and IICRC Certified. He has 2 Pit Bulls and a teacup Pomeranian he spends his free time with. Nathan used to have his own clothing line; he was the designer and the garment maker. Nathan still enjoys creating fashion items on the side and is currently working on a prom dress for his sister!

I am writing to let you know how deeply grateful I am for the excellence of service provided by your lead technician, Josh Draper. He (assisted ably and well by Brandon and the rest of the crew) has been absolutely superb in providing caring and competent and sustained attention to my basement issues. Hopefully, my basement will never flood again. If it does, I would never use anyone but you to solve the problem. I suggest you do whatever it takes to keep Josh on your team.
We were totally satisfied. Always kept us informed on arrival time and worked around our schedule. Paul & Tim were amazing. I have never had anyone work for me that worked harder than Tim - he worked non stop. Paul was a great leader. They all went over and above to please us.
My wife and I just bought our home in July 2018, we experienced our first water loss ever in January 2019. Our washing machine malfunctioned causing a flood in our laundry room, which then went into the kitchen, the half bath, and down into the basement. All flooring had to go, bathroom gutted, laundry room gutted, and basement down to cement. It was a horrible experience but we cant say enough good things about SERVPRO, and their staff. Carolyn and Chad handled everything in the office, and were always available for questions and there was a clear line of communication. Paul handled our demo work, he was clean, and was kind to my wife as she was emotional about everything. Alex worked as our project manager and went above and beyond during construction. 2 months after everything is complete and we could not be happier. We would HIGHLY suggest using SERVPRO of Brighton/Howell if you ever find yourself with a water loss.
My home had a small kitchen fire. My wife was boiling hot dogs for the kids, and we suddenly had an emergency and had to run out the door- forgetting about the hot dogs and boiling water. Luckily we came home to a home, but there was major smoke damage. We called SERVPRO Brighton/Howell and they were out first thing the next morning working on our home. I can say, I didn't think we would ever get the smell of smoke out, but SERVPRO was able to. Thank you for your time, and patience. I hope we never experience this again, but if we do, we know who to call.
Excellent experience! My family woke up Christmas morning, to a basement flooded with water. My husband and I were SO hesitant to call since it was a holiday, but we truly didn't know what to do. We called SERVPRO to have the owner answer the call. Chris and Rob came out to my home and started the dry out process. We were shocked and so thankful. Great family, great service and I truly cant thank them enough!
My name is Hanna, I recently had a large home fire on August 1, 2017. Two of your employees Wanda and Kelly were sent to my home to help go through my items and distinguish what items could be salvaged from what items cannot be salvaged.
During such a stressful time in my life I would like to acknowledge these women for their kindness their professionalism and they're caring nature. They treated my home as if it were their own, they went above and beyond to take into consideration things that may be valuable to me and put them to the side even though that was not part of their job.
Items like pictures, children's work, books and even loose changed where placed in a box for me to go through and see if I would like to take any of those items.
They are absolutely the most amazing two people I have come across during this experience and I honestly cannot say enough about how wonderful your employees are. In a world where things are very negative and people are sometimes not so nice I applaud you on being able to choose and hire these wonderful women and I hope that you keep them around and give them the acknowledgement that they deserve because they are The perfect representation of what you would like for your company to stand for.
Just wanted to let you know, I received a raving review for Bill and Mike for a claim we have. The customer spoke to them as if they were his friends. Your guys were able to offer the insured trust and comfort while maintaining their professionalism. The insured was quite upset at the beginning of the claim due to the circumstances and it being a holiday weekend. I did not help the situation by pretty much forcing him to let SERVPRO in the home that Friday. I believe the turnaround in his attitude is due solely to Bill and Mike. While it was my first time meeting Mike, I have been impressed by Bill quite a few times. I am always happy when he is on my claims.
Can't improve upon perfection. Highly professional crew, friendly, loved our dog, and very respectful to our home.

24-Hour Emergency Services We will contact the customer within 1 hour of notice of loss. We will arrive on site to start mitigation services within 4 hours. Within 8 business hours a preliminary report of the loss will be back to the appropriate person.
