About Us
SERVPRO® Brighton, Howell, Highland, White Lake, Commerce, Novi and Bloomfield serving Livingston County and the Western Oakland County, is a 24 hour catastrophic cleaning & restoration contractor specializing in all phases of fire, water, storm, mold, vandalism and blood borne pathogens, related mitigation and full service construction services. All of our technicians are IICRC certified and trained under our SERVPRO® Industries standards. Our technicians have yearly background checks and wear full SERVPRO® uniforms. We are fully insured and the owners are active in the business. We employ over 40 permanent full time employees and have been in business over 20 years. We are the preferred service providers for most insurance companies and it is important to know it is the customer's right to chose which restoration company they want to work with!
WHAT WE DO:
24-Hour Emergency Services We will contact the customer within 1 hour of notice of loss. We will arrive on site to start mitigation services within 4 hours. Within 8 business hours a preliminary report of the loss will be back to the appropriate person.
Mold Mitigation and Remediation
In most cases we can safely restore your building to predamage condition.
Temperature Controlled Storage/Warehouse We have 10,000 square feet of warehouse space for pack outs & content storage. Our professional moving crew has the knowledge & experience to pack and move entire homes or businesses. All contents are then cleaned, deodorized & stored
Board Ups - Immediate board ups to secure the safety of the building.
Biohazard & Crime Scene Cleanup & Restoration
Deodorization and Odor Removal We have State-of-the-art products that will rid the property of offensive odors. We will get to the source and neutralize it.

Mike & his team went above and beyond to get our house back in order after an unfortunate water damage incident in the kitchen & basement.
