SERVPRO saved the day. Their techs arrived within hours of a burst hot water tank that flooded two levels. The clean-up was thorough and professional. In the following days, they restored the walls and floors. It looks fantastic and the insurance claim was fast and easy.

The SERVPRO Kensington team from the office staff to the water mitigation team to the rebuild team and hardwood floor refinisher have been exemplary! After a pipe burst in our kitchen the team was on site within hours to start demo and drying. Within one month our entire basement was put back to its original finished state and the 1st floor hardwoods replaced and restored. Highly recommend this team. Special mention goes to Kenny, Omar, Alex and Orlando!

Alexis and Justice came to install the fans and dehydrators. They were SUPER-nice and explained things well. They cleared out the damage and left things as tidy as possible. Alex was the one who came to pick up the equipment 3 days later. He was also very helpful. Thanks SERVPRO for all your help!

Many thanks to Alex and Omar for responding promptly to my residence after a tree fell on my roof. They were on top of things from the start and helped get things moving in the right direction. Great teamwork and very professional.

When my basement and lower level flooded SERVPRO was responsive and were able to get out to assess and repair the situation within a day.  It took a few days for all work to be complete, but that was explained.  We had called another company and was told it would be a week before someone could come assess.  No thanks, I don't even know what the situation would have looked like if we waited that long.  So thankful that SERVPRO was able to get out immediately to prevent potential further damage.
